Hey no problem. Post it all. I haven't gotten into some of really weird stuff I listen to yet. I was concerned about driving all you whippersnappers away.
Love Tom Petty. The whole grunge thing, "Seattle sound" and metal bands of the same era always reminded me of the music I was listening to 25-30yrs. earlier. All seemed very retro. I liked the whole MTV unplugged series. This is one of my favs from the Nirvana show.
Nugget of Truth to Senders, you must dig deeper to find gold than what is/has been popular/played on the radio, or what is "said" to be the big thing. For instance- You like Sabbath with Dio, and I said look up Rainbow with Dio. Go further back, turn over more stones as to what was "not commercial" and you will find things that make you angry no one told you about sooner!
