honestly? because looking at the budget there are ALOT of parks salaries and ALOT of snowplow salaries...pretty high up there to.....

I'm just curious as to the organization and usage of these employees? do they sit around tables having meetings to plan meetings and then
have audits on those meetings to have more meetings? I'm not saying no one does nothing...but for a town of 28,000 or so folks(not many)

Teach the youngsters which way to turn off a wate valve oh there is a tremendous burden on them.
They also have meetings and talk about all kinds of important stuff.
They brainstorm and come up with high sounding reasons for there existance.
They try to deal with the fact that they can not go out and find private sector work.
They try to make themselves feel important.
They waste stolen money.
They suck.
