Ahh let it rest. Eunice served and her time has ended as an official. Lets move on and wish her well.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

Graham stated it well, like her politics or not, she worked for us and she has moved on. Complaining at this point is useless. Lets hope her replacement works hard and performs her job well.

It isn't 'personal' and it wasn't even 'political' until rotterdam's town clerk and the democons made it 'political'. So now rotterdam has the democon party that has supported, defended and encouraged their fraudulent town clerk. Some rotterdamians are disgruntled at EE's behavior and decision to continue to receive their $$$$ while not working for over one year. But 'most' rotterdamians are disgruntled at the political party that supported, defended and encouraged her decisions.

And now that EE made this political right from the get go........it will be a political issue in rotterdam's upcoming elections.

That's what's buzzin' at the donut shop.

My interpretation of the resignation based on the news article, it sounded as if her health condition was a result of politics.  Am I misinterpreting the article?

The thread was started due to the fact that we will probably be hearing from
EE's family member in defense of her actions.  I think we have heard it all
Mickey so save it.  You and the rest of EE's family should have put a kabosh
on her resignation long before this board lit up.  She should have resigned in
peace so I guess I cannot see how politics played a part in this that is a HUGE
stretch, especially when the the charade could have ended over a year ago.
So GB I will let it go if nothing further from her family is reported on this blog.

Ummm dude I responded in another
thread that I am NOT running for office
nor will I ever run for office.  I do not
have those high aspirations like DVoR.
Besides it is way too much fun on this
side of the fence!

Last thing I knew, all were invited to come to this site and give their opinions, no matter what they are.  I welcome all new members, whether I have recently said hello on here or not.  There will be disagreements, but we can still have civil discussions across the fence that is this website in our virtual backyards.

FOR THE RECORD MARYMAGDELLEN...I'M NOT SURE WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU FEEL SO IMPORTANT AS TO STATE THAT YOU "WILL LET IT GO IF
NOTHING FURTHER IS REPORTED ON THIS BLOG"...I AM TRULY AMAZED AT YOUR GALL...WELL HERE'S WHAT I'LL DO...I'LL LET IT GO ALSO IF NOTHING AT ALL IS EVER REPORTED ON THIS BLOG FROM YOU OR YOUR FAMILY"...I BELIEVE THAT YOU MUST NOT BE EMPLOYED...IT SEEMS TO ME THAT YOU
HAVE WAY TOO MUCH IDLE TIME ON YOUR HANDS...BOTTOM LINE IS I WILL NOT AGREE TO YOUR TERMS AS I'M SURE THAT YOU WON'T AGREE WITH
MINE...I'VE ALWAYS WONDERED WHY THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE THE MOST TO SAY REGARDING MOST ISSUES SUCH AS YOURSELF...ARE MERELY
VOICING THEIR OPINION WITHOUT ANY REAL FACTS OR DOCUMENTATION IN ORDER TO VERIFY THEIR "STATEMENTS"...MOST PEOPLE ALWAYS SEEM
TO CHOOSE TO USE A PSEUDONAME ON BLOGS SUCH AS THIS...I'M USING MY REAL NAME... SO WHY DON'T YOU SHOW SOME INTESTINAL FORTITUDE AND DO THE SAME...I'M SURE THAT I'LL BE COMMUNICATING WITH YOU AGAIN REAL SOON...AND...I'LL CONTINUE TO HOPE AND PRAY THAT YOU AND I
ARE NOT RELATED IN ANY WAY...

in the spirit of our local jewel Saratoga, the horse has been beaten to death, EE has retired, Mickey if political crap had effected your mom's health I hope her descision to retire will help her feel better without the pressures of the political bs, not the job has apparently caused her.  I will at this time reserve comments on those events which caused this blog in the first place.  If my mother was in the same boat, I would get her to move on and enjoy her family, the political whining is so stupid, so as they say, the ship has sailed, the horse is dead, move on.  That would go to the bloggers here, I mean Really? this issue is even worth addressing anymore?  How about the school taxes, the income tax bs in this state and nation.  Let's solve real issues and quit the crap, I mean look around the site Jim Constantino has been brought up, how far should we go back on here, there are real current issues......

(ps Mickey I think your caps lock is on, might want to check that)

I agree Really... School tax, income tax, state and federal taxes all need to be addressed.  But let’s not lose sight of the fact that it is our elected officials that are making the decisions on these issues.  If we don't judge the character the people we elect to office, then we are basically leaving it up to luck to fix these problems.  When people mention Constantino and the prior politicians in today's political conversation, that's because you can best judge a person by the company they keep.  If you don't know your history, you are doomed to repeat it.  When you have the Rotterdam Democrat Party circle the wagons to protect the crook and pervert Constantino for 13 years, and now those same Democrats circled the wagon around Eunice’s and her paid absence due to her health issues caused by what her doctor's considers politics. It's clear to me they are more concerned about protecting the politicians than the interests of the taxpayer.

So again, I do agree, the Eunice issue is passed, but, it shouldn't be forgotten.  The way it was handled was purely political IMO.  The words in her resignation were even politically charged.  And I don't think it was coincidental that the resignation was 3 months before the election.
