I believe the Muslim extremists were the first to take credit for this tragedy.

http://www.jihadwatch.org/2011.....h-camp-shooting.html

"Helpers of Global Jihad" claims, then disclaims, responsibility for Oslo blast, youth camp shooting
UPDATE 11:38 PDT: Now Will McCants has this: "'Helpers of Global Jihad' now says its claim is not the official claim and it had nothing to do w/ operation. Says wait for official claim."

------------------

Quoted Text
It's Motoon Rage. From the Telegraph news feed:

18.03 Will McCants now says that Ansar al-Jihad al-Alami (Helpers of Global Jihad) seem to make a claim of responsibility. They claim it is in response to the occupation of Afghanistan and insults to the Prophet Mohammed. It has come via Shmukh, an elite jihadi forum.
McCants translates part of the message:

"We have warned since the Stockholm raid of more operations & we have demanded that the countries of Europe withdraw from the land of Afghanistan and end their war on Islam and Muslims. What you see is only the beginning and there is more to come."
And here is the full message, in my hasty translation:

Praise be to Allah from his slaves, united and humiliating the people of shirk [worship of others besides Allah] and companions of kufr [unbelief]. Prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad, the Seal of the Prophets, his family and companions and descendents.
The Almighty said: "Then fight in Allah's cause - Thou art held responsible only for thyself - and rouse the believers. It may be that Allah will restrain the fury of the Unbelievers; for Allah is the strongest in might and in punishment. [Qur'an 4:84]

Here another message from the militants has reached the countries of Europe and further proof for the countries of Europe that the mujahideen will not stand idly before their war against Islam and Muslims.

Today Norway has been targeted in order to be a lesson, and a lesson to the rest of Europe. We have warned since the Stockholm raid of more operations and we have demanded that European countries of Europe withdraw their armies from the land of Afghanistan and end their war on Islam and Muslims. We repeat our warning again to the countries of Europe and tell them that the demands of the mujahideen must be carried out. What you see is only the beginning. There will be more.

There were many reasons for the targeting of Norway. The most important is their participation in the occupation of Afghanistan and the abuse of our prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

Praise Allah who has enabled his slaves to be united...and pray to Allah to save our brothers and our fighters everywhere.

Glory and praise to Allah. I bear witness that there is no god but you and I repent to you.

Abu Suleiman Al-Nasser
Helpers of Global Jihad

And it was obviously a scam!  But you fell for it.

Why would those peaceful Muslims take credit for an attack they didn't commit?  I wonder why more "right wing" groups don't take credit for the mass murder of innocent people.  I mean, these Christian terrorist groups are all over the place.  For God sake, what happened in Norway could happen in Your Town U.S.A. tomorrow.  And most likely by a racist white Christian that doesn't like Obama because he's black.  If you go to your next Tea Party rally, it could be the person standing next to you.

If a group admitted to such a horrible act why would we doubt them, we know from prior history that these Muslim groups love to brag about their attacks. When Israel was getting hammered they would have 2 to 3 groups claiming responsibility for one attack, what that eventually meant is that there was more attacks to come because the others were in planning.

Right Wingers hate it when the Terrorists turn out to be other Right Wingers instead of Muslims.  It makes them look just as bad as the Muslim Terrorists!

Maybe in the lefts eyes it does but most Americans will see this attack for what it is. Aren't you ashamed about trying to use a tragedy for political brownie points, close to 100 people died and your more worried about smearing a opposite belief system to further your own agenda

On the contrary, libs love to take a lone wolf nut job and call him a "right winger" and then draw the comparison to organized, government supported, and well funded Muslim terror groups like Al Qaeda as if they are comparing apples to apples.  But, I should know by now, totalitarian leftist will do anything to destroy their political advasaries.  Even if it means making illogical arguments like comparing Al Qaeda and a network of terrorists to this single Norweigen terrorist.

Time for a little history lesson!

~ Post #1 CICERO:
ABC news reports on the incident.

~ Reply #1 CICERO:
4 minutes later (The time it took to type the post) and Cicero posts his probably terrorists...Gaddafi and blames President Barack Obama.
So to answer your question Henry... NO CICERO IS NOT ASHAMED.

Cicero again points to Libya and Gaddafi... for some reason he never even once posted any suspicion about a White Right Wing Christian.
Again, to answer your question Henry... NO CICERO IS NOT ASHAMED.

Graham blames "Don't the scandies suck Islamic d!ck hard enough to please?"
Graham has no idea what the word "ashamed" means Henry so I guess the answer is NO again.

Cicero again implicates the Libyans and blames Obama.
To answer your question Henry... NO CICERO IS NOT ASHAMED.

Henry suggests the Libyan connection.
I guess you can answer for yourself.

Alias suggests that the terrorist may be Norwegian.

I point out that the Right Wingers on this board were quick to jump to any Muslim attack, but seem reluctant to retract their condemnation of Muslims when the evidence points to one of their own... a Right Winger Christian.

~Several posts then creep into the conversation about mentally ill individuals (not terrorists and not Muslims)

So to answer your original question Henry... NO I FEEL NO GUILT FOR POINTING OUT HIPPOCRATIC AND BIGOTRY IN THIS THREAD.

I will speak for myself only the others can follow up, the 1st reports after hearing about the shooting is that a terrorist organization claimed responsibility. Before we learned the truth this is what we I heard and figured you and others heard the same (payback for foreign involvement). So knowing what we did at the time I don't see it as being bigoted or hypocritical in any way.

And no nobody here should have to retract their statement about a Muslim group who claimed responsibility, to me they're just as sick as the terrorist himself for making such a claim. Nobody here said all Muslims are terrorist but you tried to link conservatives as such with this comment "Right Wingers hate it when the Terrorists turn out to be other Right Wingers instead of Muslims.  It makes them look just as bad as the Muslim Terrorists!"

A report of a Muslim Group claiming responsibility... Pretty lame.

For all we know, some disgruntled unbalanced white American racist could have claimed responsibility for the killings in the name of some Radical Muslim Group.

I remember when a Christian Right Winger blew up the Murrah building in Oklahoma... Initial reports were blaming Muslim Terrorists then also.
If one Muslim terrorist was responsible... all Muslims are blamed.
If one White Christian Terrorist is responsible... well he was just a poor misguided mentally ill individual. NO terrorism here... just some unfortunate individual.

It is really sad boxy that you actually take this horrific tragedy and use it to further your 'whatever' agenda. I can not even believe that you were ever a Marine! I have friends and family.....some are serving now and some are done. In fact I suggested that they read your posts.....yes they do have computer access 'over there'......and frankly my leatherneck cyber friend, they don't believe that you were ever a marine!!

they have 'all' collectively stated that if you were serving today....like they are......you would be singing a different tune.

GOD, COUNTY, CORP........Remember?

Their motto........Remember Love your country, but fear your government...

They are right wing christians MARINES.......as you would refer to them as!
