George Worst Bush ran for office with one of his primary goals... An immigration policy, which was amnesty for illegals.  The Sept 11 attacks and Right Wingers killed the proposed plan.

Are you proposing that BIG GOVERNMENT get even farther into our lives where our own GOVERNMENT forces us to prove that we are all AMERICAN CITIZENS before we can vote???

DO you really think that some illegal Mexican gardener is going to go to a polling place where his real identity may be discovered, so that he can vote in a US Election?
Study after study have shown that illegals don't vote in our elections...
How did you put it???  Oh yea... "It's NO Secret That Conservatives are Trying to Limit The Vote with bogus Illegal voters."

"REPS restrict the right of black vote"-WTF! More revisionist history from Box. On November 2008, a group of armed Black Panthers took over a polling place in Philly. To restrict any WHITE VOTERS. So what did Obama and the worst Attorney General in history do? NOTHING. They dropped the prosecution of the armed Black Panthers.

DEMS don't give a damn about anything except the almighty contributor. The working class has been destroyed the DEM taxing and fiscal policies. William Pen is right but the Jewish voter is finally waking about this Arabist/PLO supporter. Whoever the REPS nominee will win 40 States.

Your right it was shot down because Amnesty was being pushed by big government supporters by the left and so called right, remember who was a big supporter of that...John McCain, not someone I would call conservative by any means. Amnesty for illegals is a way to obtain votes and that's why it should never be a option. Now what do we know, we know that illegals have registered to vote and have actually cast ballots, go back to my previous post about Georgia if you want to look it up.

Illegals were not a big problem years ago but today when you have millions of them they can change the outcome of our country. No American should ever be denied the right to vote but we need to be vigilant on those who aren't legally allowed.

Now for the REAL Story...(Without the hype)

During the 2008 presidential election, poll watchers found two New Black Panther militia members shouting racial slurs outside a polling place in Philadelphia.
One of the two was a credentialed poll watcher, while the other was a New Black Panther member who had brought a police-style nightstick baton.

See!  It's true!  There was an incident at ONE POLLING PLACE IN AMERICA.  BTW in the 2008 presidential election, there was a Ron Paul supporter handing out leaflets at my polling place with in the restricted area near the polling entrance.   (Really it happened)

So should we do something about both illegal incidents??? YES.
Is it a problem for America?  Duhhhh NO!

Restricting voter access is the last thing you'd expect from the Rightites who want GOVT out of our lives... except when it suits their purposes

What group would be impacted by a picture ID voter law?

The poor, who don't drive and wouldn't have a Photo ID.
The elderly who no longer have a drivers license and no Photo ID.
Minorities who can't afford a car & insurance and have no use for a Photo ID.
Inner city citizens who don't need a drivers license.

What happened to the "BIG GOVERNMENT IS TAKING AWAY OUR RIGHTS" BS?
Citing Thomas Jefferson, John Adams... Our founding fathers???
Oh yea...
The right to vote, if your poor or a minority or elderly, is no longer a "Republican Value".

Funny you bring this up, since it is not in effect here.  I actually question why it is that I don't have to prove who I am when I go and vote.  Instead, they just show me exactly how I need to sign my signature, and they have to agree that it is actually me signing it, as long as I get close enough to my previous signature.  Why?  Because at some point in the past I signed something.

By the way, there is an easy way for the people who you noted above to get an ID to be able to do anything they want to legally, including voting or cashing a check.  They can go directly to DMV and get a Non-Driver's ID.  I guess you're wrong when you say that they haven't found a use for their ID.

So why didn't the worst Attorney General in history do something about it? The real incident in Philly. He dropped the prosecution. And it's a major problem when anyone physically prevents others from voting. Even if they support they Obama The Incompetent. Can you imagine if the REPS did this? The lunatic left would be calling for the death penalty.

If someone was really giving out Ron Paul literature in at a Fulton County poll {doubtful} you should have summoned your DEM poll watcher. He was probably absent or asleep.

Right out of Rules for Radicals. When confronted with real facts-make up an incident. Why would a Ron Paul supporter be handing out information in November 2008? He wasn't on the ballot. Totally made up or the supporter was beyond the line legally campaigning. Nothing to do with the national outrage in Philadelphia.

Unfortunately, the Black Panthers poll takeover was not made up. In full military uniforms with weapons to discourage any white voters. Why weren't they arrested when they attacked a reporter? Something out of Cuba or China. And the Obama stooge destroying our Attorney Generals' office drops the case. He should resign in disgrace or be removed by the Senate.

The Department of Justice brought charges of voter intimidation against  King Shabazz (who carried a night stick)  but dismissed charges against the other Black Panther (Jerry Jackson)because he was unarmed and because he was a certified poll watcher.

The charge against Minister King Samir Shabazz, the individual who was seen brandishing a nightstick, was maintained but narrowed. The original charge  sought an injunction prohibiting acts of intimidation anywhere in the United States,The Department obtained an injunction against defendant King Samir Shabazz, prohibiting him from displaying a weapon within 100 feet of a polling place  in the City of Philadelphia or from otherwise violating Section 11(b).

In response to this controversy, the New Black Panther Party has suspended its Philadelphia chapter, and repudiated Minister King Shabazz in a posting at its website.   The party has stated that Shabazz made "an honest error" by bringing a billy club to the polling station, and that because of his doing so he had been suspended from the New Black Panther Party until January 2010.

That's funny!!

The New Black Panthers have a disciplinary policy to deal with members who bring weapons to polling locations.  I wonder if the KKK has the - no carrying bull whips to polling locations policy?

I'm sure the NRA and the Right Wing Gun Nuts would have been fine if this Black Panther had a Glock 9 on his hip, since they never miss a chance to "carry"... but a dangerous weapon like a night stick??? NO WAY!

Did I miss something?  I don't remember seeing reports of NRA members carrying Glock 9's at polling locations.

Of course not... "It's my second amendment right to carry"!!!
If a NRA member, carrying a Glock 9 were at this polling place, he'd be supported as an American Hero exercising his second amendment rights...
but a Black Panther with a club... Wayyyyy too dangerous and the Righties are peeing their pants!

I think you may be losing your mind?   Why do you keep setting up this straw man?  Who has the Glock?  Where was this person with the Glock?  Were there any witnesses to this person with the Glock?

Nope...no Glock... not Black Panther Troops... no Crime... just Benny Salami demanding justice for a 'non issue'.
