Quoted from Shadow
Box, you have to admit that when Obama was campaigning for President he said in an interview that under his energy policy energy prices must necessarily skyrocket. He was true to his word. His energy czar also would like to see our gas prices on the same level as Europe by his own words.

Shadow...
Gas prices under Obama, even after this latest round of increases are still lower than his predecessor's peak gas prices.

Give Obama a little more time Box he's working on beating Bush's record this summer. Those figures may change soon I paid $4.45 per gallon for premium  last week in Mystic Ct.

Bumblethru...excellent pick-up on the energy timeline. The more things change, the more they stay the same. I'm surprised the gov't is open about this timeline of failure. It's so damning to politicians of both parties, assuming we have two parties and not just one party with two names. A lot of people I talk to are sick at heart at what's happening to the country, how much it's declined in every way, how far we strayed (and been manipulated) away from the Constitution and its original intent and the faith of the founders.

Tonko has never been defeated in an election. He thinks he can smooze and glad-hand his way to victory forever, and no one will know or care about his p*ss poor voting record (govtrack.us). He MUST be defeated in 2012!

At Govtrack.us I looked up Tonko and didn't find your "p*ss poor voting record.
He missed 1% of roll call votes, and is a typical Democrat.  What Record are you referring to?
