If you would kindly read the information explained below, you should understand why Judgment Day did not occur on May 21, 2011 and the world will not end on October 21, 2011. Please consider passing this information on to others..
While we know that holy scripture tells us in Matthew 24:36 and Mark 13:31 that no one knows the day or hour of the Final Judgment of mankind, also known as the great day of the Lord, the following biblical texts should clarify and remove the confusion surrounding this puzzling subject matter.
Here is the chronology of God's plan of salvation in the final days of the end times, according to many who study eschatology in accordance with the authoritative teaching of the Church, Tradition and the early writings of the Fathers and Doctors of the Church. Some private revelation is included in this analysis.
This present era ends in a period of lawlessness and apostasy, culminating in the "lawless one" - Antichrist described in 2 Thess 2:1-4. According to the Church recognized messages of LaSalette, France on September 19, 1846, "Rome will lose the faith and become the seat of Antichrist and the Church will be in eclipse". Antichrist will then declare himself as God and savior of the world. Unfortunately, most of the Jewish people will accept him as their long awaited messiah (Romans 11:25), because he brings temporary peace on earth, along with his false miracles.
Thereafter, the Antichrist is destroyed by the coming (not His final coming) of Jesus. This is a spiritual descent of the glorified Spirit of Christ, but not Christ in the flesh (2 Thess 2:
. It is very important to understand that Jesus Christ does not come in the flesh until after the millennium, which is the" temporary" kingdom of God on earth. The "eternal" kingdom of God comes after the "millennary" kingdom on earth. "Thy kingdom come on earth".
During the great tribulation, God's wrath is poured out upon the earth with 21 judgments beginning in the sixth chapter of the Book of Revelation, when God's justice is focused primarily upon unrepentant sinners during the time of purification, when all evildoers will be removed from the face of the earth(Zechariah 13:7-9)
The glorified Spirit of Christ destroys those who accepted the mark of the beast shown in Rev. 13:16. The new world government shown in Daniel 7:23 mandates a "rationing" microchip implant within one's body (Rev.13:16) to keep a record of one's buying and selling during the global economic and financial collapse (of the US dollar) depicted in Rev. 18:19.
.
In essence, there are 2 phases of the Second Coming, one called the first instance of judgment of unrepentant sinners during the first tribulation period, when the righteous repentant sinners will be saved by God. However, some of those will be martyred. Please note that there is a second tribulation period in which there is a second instance of judgment, after the era of peace, when there will exist a last and final Antichrist at the end of the Millennium (era of peace) as shown below.
During the two great tribulations, God's wrath will cause the destruction of ungodly men who never repented from their continuous sinful lives. A good example would be a doctor who never stops killing God's children in abortion. During this tribulation period, God's faithful remnant will not suffer God's wrath (1 Thess. 5:9), but are preserved by divine intervention, and not by a pre-tribulation rapture. This is why we sometimes read in private revelation about "safe refuges" for the elect.
Satan is then chained for a thousand years (Rev 20:2) as God establishes a temporary reign of peace, a new Garden of Eden on earth, but even more beautiful than before (Isaiah 24:21-23 and Isaiah 2:4; also Ezekiel 36:11 and Haggai 2:9.
Thereafter, the resurrected martyrs of Rev 20:4 will reign on earth with the faithful remnant, who were miraculously saved and maintained by the miracle working power of God during the great tribulation (as the Jews were miraculously saved during the Exodus). The Church will have it's passion like Christ, but also will be resurrected like Christ during the Millennium. Praise the Lord !
At the end of this period of peace on earth, Satan is loosed from the abyss for a brief period of time and he wars against the Church and the Holy City of God, Jerusalem, the Bride of Christ through "Gog and Magog", as described in Revelation 20:8. Magog is the host of evil pagan nations that ensure Antichrist's rise to global power. Satan arouses this final Antichrist known as Gog (who is depicted in Ezekiel 38:10 and Ezekiel 38:1
, who becomes the greatest and fiercest incarnation of Satan, in a final uprising (Rev 20:7-10). Please note that there is a two-fold incarnation of Satan, one before and one after the millennium, the era of peace, the temporary kingdom. These are two separate and distinct biblical persons totally possessed by Satan.
Like Adam and Eve, mankind backslides into sin, which offense against God, causes mankind to once again lose the right to further enjoy the temporary kingdom here on earth, resulting in the final confrontation between the forces of good and evil.
In Revelation 20:9 we see that fire falls coming from heaven consume the heathen world and the armies of Satan (Rev 20:9); whereby the devil is thrown into the lake of fire, where the Antichrist and the false prophet had already been cast (Rev 20:10)...
Subsequently, there is the resurrection of the dead, when those saved during the final great tribulation will be caught up in the air - raptured - (1 Thess. 4:17) for the Final Judgment (Rev. 20:11-15). This is the meaning and understanding of our profession of faith when we say, "and He will come to judge the living and the dead". The rapture and the final coming of Christ, also known as the "Parousia", are a single unified event.
Finally, there is the consummation of the elements of the earth (1 Pt 3:10), making way for a "new heavens and a new earth" (Rev 21:1-4), when the new eternal city of Jerusalem will exist within the new heavens and earth, both of which will also exist within the newly transformed universe. Then God's dwelling place will be with the human race, when we will see and experience Jesus Christ in the flesh. Let us praise the Lord for His perfect plan of salvation !
For the record, this memo was put together on May 21, 2011, the same day of Judgment Day predicted by the Christian radio broadcaster, Harold Camping, who had previously predicted that beginning at 5:59 PM EST Judgment Day will be manifested by a giant earthquake, followed by the Rapture, in which worthy souls will be transported to heaven..He also predicts that the end of the world will happen 5 months later on October 21, 2011.
Obviously, Mr. Camping is not aware of the chronology of the end times, nor informed of the scriptural warning found in 2 Peter 1:20 about interpreting scripture on a private basis, while also ignoring the traditional teachings of past and present church authorities, or checking out the early teachings of the Fathers and Doctors of the Church, along with the Tradition of the Church, supported by 1 Timothy 3:15, which tells us to "hold fast to the traditions" of the church. Scripture also states in 1 Timothy 3:15 that the church is "THE PILLAR AND FOUNDATION OF TRUTH". In addition, there is no clear scriptural basis for Sola Scriptura - scripture alone to arrive at biblical truth, while also excluding the God given magisterial teaching authority of the Church, As a result, we have unfortunately gone from one church to several thousand various competing denominations since the Reformation. This disunity, as you may know, is a terrible scandal to the unbelieving world, and also frustrates Jesus' prayer for unity of His church found in John 17:21.
Finally, there is a major flaw in Harold Camping's pre-tribulation position as follows:
If the Church is raptured prior to the Tribulation because Christians are not meant to suffer God's wrath, what about those who become Christian after the Rapture ?
If they experience God's wrath in the Tribulation and are still preserved from destruction, then it is false to claim that Christians are raptured because they cannot experience or endure that wrath.
And if they are kept from God's wrath by his divine intervention, it means that believers can indeed go through the Tribulation and be protected from harm, therefore making the Rapture unnecessary.
Accordingly, this is a very serious inconsistency by those who preach a pre-tribulation rapture of the church, while ignoring God's command to avoid private interpretation of the bible, Harold Camping, as we know, did not obey this scriptural warning. Subsequently, pride in thinking one is infallible always comes before one's fall and loss of credibility. Thus, one can say that Harold Camping is a false prophet as predicted in Matthew 24:24, and more importantly, we should pray for him and those who have been following his false teachings. Finally, let us take more seriously in these end times the warning posed in Hosea 4:6.
