You could say the same thing about Hamas...or any advocacy group.. Once the goal is accomplished, they are no longer needed.  Money and power, it pretty much boils down to that.

You betcha

'Obama adopting Arafat’s staged plan for Israel’s end'
By GIL HOFFMAN AND REBECCA ANNA STOIL

Likud's Dannon says US president trying to force plan on PM; Livni: Speech was in Israel’s interest, urges Netanyahu to revive talks.

MKs on the Right expressed outrage on Thursday night at US President Barack Obama’s call for the creation of a Palestinian state based on the 1967 lines with mutually agreed swaps, in an exchange of territory for security.

They called upon Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to reject Obama’s plan when he meets with him on Friday in Washington.

“Barack Hussein Obama adopted Yasser Arafat’s staged plan for Israel’s destruction, and he is trying to force it on our prime minister,” Likud MK Danny Danon said. “All that was new in the speech was that he called for Israel to return to 1967 borders without solving the crisis. Netanyahu has only one option: Tell Obama to forget about it.”

Environment Minister Gilad Erdan, also from the Likud, who as a minister close to Netanyahu must be more diplomatic, said on Channel 2 that according to Obama’s approach, the Palestinians would receive what they were demanding on borders before negotiations begin.......................>>>>....................>>>>..................http://www.jpost.com/DiplomacyAndPolitics/Article.aspx?id=221383

" TO THE VICTOR GOES THE SPOILS "

Israel never should have given up one square inch of their land...let the Arabs who very mistakingly thought they were going to gang up and wipe
out Israel absorb the Palestinians they 'misplaced'....carve out a corner of their desert and call it Palestine.

The Palestinians have always insisted on the 'right of return'....and to include all descendants...which would completely alter the demographics of
Israel....another ploy to erase Israel from existence.

Israel should stand firm on this issue or it will mean the end of their country.

Interesting that the Haaretz , which is  Israel s oldest daily news paper summarizes Obama and Netanyahu meeting :

Obama concluded that his meeting with Netanyahu was constructive, adding that American ties with Israel remain close and that he looks forward to a "new age of prosperity" in the coming weeks and years.

Netanyahu opened his statement reflecting on the "enduring bond of friendship" between Israel and the United States, adding that he was happy to meet with the U.S. President after hearing his speech on Middle East policy
Netanyahu concluded, saying that the future of Israel falls on his shoulders in a time of great uncertainty, but he is committed to working with Obama to bring about a peace that will secure Israel's future.

He closed his remarks thanking the U.S. president, saying "in the coming days and weeks and months, I intend to work with you to seek a peace that will address our security concerns, seek a genuine recognition that we wish from our Palestinian neighbors and give a better future for Israel and for the entire region"

Exactly right. And Obama goes along with it because he doesn't want to offend Iran. He also throw Egypt's Prime Minister under the bus. The good news is that Israel will defend itself and tell Obama where to go. BiBi has an American birth certificate and can locate it.

Actually, Netanyahu was born in Tel Aviv in 1949 --- so if he has an American birth certificate .. he probably bought it from the same phony document dealer that Obama bought his birth certificate from.

Nonetheless, Netanyahu is ..IMHO .. a great leader of Israel and 1000% correct on the issue of Israel's borders.I have always like Netanyahu's approach ...  it is too bad that he was not born in the US .. because he has the potential to make a great US President.

I never claimed to be an Obama fan .. and I never voted for him .. and clearly his numerous foreign policy blunders only serve to strengthen my belief that he was too either too liberal and/or too naive and inexperienced to be elected as President of the United States.

I never said Netanyahu was born in american. I said he was 'educated' in american. But I agree that he is a great leader and also like his approach. He is clearly a leader who will defend his country and it's citizens at all costs!! And if he were american born, I too would support him.

Early life, military service, education and early public career
Netanyahu was born in 1949 in Tel Aviv to Zila and professor Benzion Netanyahu, the middle child of three children. He was initially raised and educated in Jerusalem. Between 1956 and 1958, and again in 1963-67,[8] his family lived in the United States in Cheltenham, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia, where he attended and graduated from the Cheltenham High School and was active in a debate club. To this day, he speaks English with an American accent.[9] More precisely, he has still retained most of his Philadelphia accent.

In 1967 after he graduated from high school Netanyahu returned to Israel to enlist in the IDF. He served as a combat soldier and a commander in the elite special forces unit of the IDF, Sayeret Matkal. He was involved in the rescue mission of the hijacked Sabena Flight 571 in May 1972 in which he was wounded by friendly fire.[10] In 1972 Netanyahu left the army with the rank of captain.

After his army service Netanyahu returned to the United States, studied and earned a B.S. degree in architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, in 1975 a M.S. degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management in 1977, and studied political science at Harvard University and MIT. At that time he changed his name to Benjamin Ben Nitai (Nitai, a reference to both Mount Nitai and to the eponymous Jewish sage Nittai of Arbela, was a pen name often used by his father for articles).[9] Years later, in an interview with the media, Netanyahu clarified that he decided to do so to make it easier on his environment at the time, which was not fluent in Hebrew, so that they would be able to pronounce his name more easily. This fact has been used by his political rivals to accuse him indirectly of a lack of Israeli national identity and loyalty.[11]

With the outbreak of the Yom Kippur War in 1973 Netanyahu returned to Israel to participate in the war, joining the IDF forces battling at the Suez Canal and in the Golan Heights. After the war Netanyahu returned to complete his studies in the United States.

In 1976 Netanyahu lost his older brother Yonatan Netanyahu, who served as the commander of the elite Israeli army commando unit Sayeret Matkal and was killed in action during the counter-terrorism hostage-rescue mission Operation Entebbe in which his unit rescued more than 100 hostages hijacked and flown to the Entebbe Airport in Uganda.

While studying Netanyahu worked at the Boston Consulting Group in Boston, Massachusetts.[12]

After graduating in 1977 Netanyahu returned to Israel and had a brief career as a furniture company's chief marketing officer. In addition between 1978 and 1980 he formed the Jonathan Netanyahu anti-Terror Institute,[8] a non-governmental organization devoted to the study of terrorism, which conducted a number of international conferences about terrorism. During this period Netanyahu made his first connections with several Israeli politicians, including Minister Moshe Arens, who appointed him as his Deputy Chief of Mission at the Israeli Embassy in Washington, D.C., a position he held from 1982 until 1984.

Between 1984 and 1988 Netanyahu served as the Israeli ambassador to the United Nations.

Oh how peaceful surrender is. The Jews have been peaceful once before when they got marched to the ovens, and Arafat and Obama both want peacefulness as well.

REP President Herman Cain was on Fox News Sunday. He was asked by Chris Wallace what Israel should give the Arabs for peace? His answer-"NOTHING!" The Arabs are not interested in peace and Israel has no one to deal with. Great! They are calling Cain the Black BiBi. Bravo also to DVR. He has always made much more sense on international issues than local issues.

PALESTINIANS SUPPORT PEACE:
Polling conducted in 2009 indicated that 74 percent of Palestinians support a two-state solution based around the contours of the international consensus. Polling conducted in 2010 found that 71 percent support peace negotiations with Israel and that a majority of Palestinians oppose rocket attacks on the country. Last month, the top Palestinian diplomat at the UN asked that the international community support a solution based on the pre-1967 borders and mutually agreed land swaps.

ISRAELIS SUPPORT PEACE:
Most Israelis are actually in favor of withdrawing settlements and establishing roughly these borders in exchange for peace. In a 2010 Brookings Institution poll, a plurality of Israelis supported this border arrangement along with mutually agreed land swaps. More recent polling from the Joint Israeli Palestinian Poll conducted by the Truman Institute for the Advancement of Peace at Hebrew University and the Palestine Center for Policy and Survey Research found that 52 percent of Israelis support a peace agreement based roughly around the elements of the Saudi peace plan and Clinton Parameters, which would incorporate the pre-1967 borders. A 2011 poll conducted by a major Israeli newspaper shows that 53 percent of Israelis want Netanyahu to seriously engage in peace talks that includes significant concessions.

Yet the Blood Dollars continue to force a constant state of war on both sides.
