More reports from Fifedom. They taser a cow that is loose. In aggie area this is nothing new. Of course modern "first responders" need to react with as much force as is possible whenever confronted with a common occurence. Glad they didn't taser the one that got away in Glenville a few weeks ago. They probably just didn't get to him first.
