Hawk, Hawk, Hawk......Mary, Mary, Mary..............there really is no need to make personal references. Nepotism is common practice in rotterdam. That is a given as pathetic as it is. Fairness is not a word in rotterdam's government vocabulary. So why so surprised NOW???

So just deal with the 'cost of government' and how it impacts the taxpayers unfairly. Approach and try to resolve each 'issue'....not attack the  'person'. I believe that we would all agree that would be more constructive.

And if they don't correct the issue or choose not to address it............VOTE 'EM OUT!!!

Virtually all of the few  out of Town employees are professionals in different fields of expertise that simply could not be found in
Rotterdam...at least none who were interested.

A secretary isn't a job that requires a high level of training and education, or any unique expertise or specialization...and there
has never been a secretary at Town Hall who earns $42 per hour.

Just popped  to say this....The confidential secretary to Mr. DelGallo is just that.....and it seems that does not exist in the land of "OZ"....there are narcs everywhere....no privacy...probably cameras and hidden mikes too...
Ms Mullally has more class than the whole town put together..irreplaceable.. dignity.....Town is the loser...
ND has no guts...MM ...ditto.....WD....ditto....everyone has to know what the next one is up to.....OMG...INSUCURITY ( LOL)  galore....these people "run" the town...work like professionals...?????  most I see is spendig too much time on phones. giviing the wrong answers....lurking in hallways....and powdering whatever.....

I have known DM for a long time...back in my Assembly days.  You people have missed the boat on that one.  She is more than competent and brings a lot to the town.  Your town has just gone down a notch.  She probably had more class in that office than all of TH put together.  The do-nothing in your town is your Rep[  leadership.  MM you would be so lucky to have a secretary of her caliber.  FOOLS!
