Gee, let's pass a resolution to sue REMS, then we'll sign a contract with REMS.  Something there just doesn't seem right, and then sign a contract with Mohawk, also.

To recover als fees from WHEN??? Will this include the $250K missing from the last administration?

That's just it BT...we don't even know how long REMS has been keeping all of that money...but we do know they have been billing
and collecting for ALS services for at least the last four or five years....so it's much more than 250K...and I wouldn't be surprised
if it goes back much further than that. REMS didn't just suddenly realize they could easily embezzle another 100K or so from the
Town every year, on top of the subsidies...others before them likely taught them to do it.

I spoke with FDG about this on Thursday and he said he was going to pursue that money...but he just won't get it through his
head that there is no way to know exactly how much REMS pilfered....even though REMS probably knows, they are basically
claiming amnesia...and they obviously weren't recording income generated by ALS when they intended to keep it....and their
non-proposal makes it very clear they knew what they were doing....they are fully aware of the proper process for the billing
and collection of that revenue and willfully ignored it and kept the money.

I also told him that to award an ems contract to REMS under the circumstances would be rewarding them for ripping us off with
a guaranteed stream of steady business they have not earned by any standard. It was on this basis I proposed that Town
residents should now be able to go out and sell swimming pools and keep the money...but he will have to install them at his
expense. If the not-for-profit REMS can PROFIT from a service they do not finance, provide or administer, then why can't we all
do the same to him when he imposes the same on us?? And when he asks how much we made we'll just tell him we don't know
but can we have a contract with your company??? In fact, by FDG's twisted logic, everyone should be able to bill and
collect payment for any product or service they like and then let someone else deliver the service or product.

Only in rotterdam, or should we say schenectady county, does corruption get rewarded.

Anyone with a half a brain can see thru this one!!

But ya can thank your incompetent elected officials. What the last administration started, this one is finishing!

VIVA RE-VITALIZE ROTTERDAM!!!

Any word along the Parks Commission level about what's going on with the new Little League field, you know, the one that the Supervisor stated he would be down there working with his own equipment?

The proposed new little league fields are not located in a town park .. and the Rotterdam Little League has not communicated with us on the proposed fields .. so the matter is essentially not on our agenda.

Baseball season is in full swing and now is not the time anyone would start to create new fields. There is a ton of site work that needs to be done before the league can even begin to think about starting on the fields.

Why? I thought you ran everything with an iron glove in the world of parks?

So anyone who didn't make the agenda meeting get a load of this...our favorite confidential secretary will be going part
time and getting a raise.  She will be getting $20,000.
Typically when one goes to part time status they make half their pay.

So after 1 1/2years she's going part time? Why? What's the sudden change?

You have got to be kidding here, right????
Do you honestly think that rotterdam revolves around PARKS????
This is just another idea of why rotterdam is a sh!thole!!

And the reason why this super will not win a second term is FIRST, he was never qualified to begin with!! And the democons knew that when he uttered his first word! But they ran him anyways. He ain't gonna win because of PARKS!!

And SECOND, the democons have no other recourse but to discredit him since it is the DEMOCONS that endorsed him, ran him, supported him, campaigned for him, sheltered him from the public and sold him to the rotterdamians. The reps tried sh!t canning one of their own in the court of public opinion........and it just about killed 'em.....until now!! Now it's the democons turn.

Rotterdamians ain't fallin' for another endorsement from the democons!!!

VIVA REVITALIZE ROTTERDAM!!! Let's try it again!!!
