So if your party is doing something improperly you should ignore it because it is "your party"? GIVE ME A BREAK rules are rules...and despite that fact that everyone accuses GP of committing every illegal act short of genocide...not a single person has EVER provided a single shred of evidence to support a SINGLE claim!

Batman, I see you're a big fan of GP's (from all your posts)  I have heard a rumor that he was caught on tape (a la Santabarbara) demanding support from the no tax guys and threatened to use his proxies against Mcgarry (saying he controls the committee).  I also heard that it was recorded on no less than two occassions  and with multiple witnesses.

That would certainly make things interesting.

I'm sure there were more discrete ways of handling it other than an article 78 and the media attention.  This couldn't be handled by calling for a committee meeting and attempt to find a resolution?  It seems to me that if GP cannot come to consensus with the party, his next step is a public flogging.  He did it with Mertz, Amedore, and now with Tracy.  For being a smart lawyer and CPA, he’s not very successful at being diplomatic.  And that’s diplomacy with those he supposedly shares common political beliefs.

Cissy if you had read the papers filed by Gadfly you would have seen that GP did request the information and no one provided it to him...The law gives 10 days to file the lawsuit and he filed it on the last day after the chair and secretary refused to respond to his requests for information...sounds like he TRIED to use other means...

How funny is it that nobody wants to be associated with him, I mean you?  How sad is it that you can't even get a legitimate endorsement for dog catcher?

All of a sudden he cares about quorums and REP bylaws? Very interesting. Waah-you didn't support me for Assembly. GP only got 32% against George Amedore. Still waiting for that list of winning districts-lol. This couldn't be resolved with a sitdown?

All of a sudden? I never heard a single allegation questioning his quorums in the past?

Maybe because he ran the committee like the king who had no clothes.  Talk about a dictator.  He's a washed up joke.

This is typical GP's crash and burn tactics. He did it with JM, GA and now TD. Not good and isn't fairing well for him. IMHO

Perhaps GP's next stop will be to join, then take over of the con party since he no longer has support from the reps......perhaps?

I don't think it would 40% in Rotterdam now or in the very near future.  Gerard Parisi has committed political suicide so many times in the last four years it is surprising he gets as much play as he does on this very biased GOP board.  The guy definately has a few screws loose and is working real hard to knock Charlie Sheen to the back pages.  Salamone reminds me of Sheen's publicist who finally quit on him over the bizarre and totally irrational behavior.

Is Gerard really that kooky or is this a bonafide "political" leader?  I would think twice about using that law firm..........very unstable people in my opinion. What do his partners think of his behavior?  WOW!!

I disagree with you on this one BT.  JM who  I think may be John Mertz is no different than GP.  Two peas in a pod.  Mertz primaried his own party as did GP.  Mertz is still an AH.  Who mentored these bozo's?  Jim Tesdisco??
