FDG is the perfect rotterdam supervisor. He has his own personal agenda just like all of the other rotterdam politicians. His onlysin is that he did not walk in lock step with the dem-o-cons. All he had to do was learn how 'working together works'.

Schmidt is a kochleffel!  Nothing to learn from her.  Wisdom comes from learning from your experiences.  Schmidt just keeps having the same experience over and over again.

Public officials are open to scrutiny and feedback - why does this have to be about a public citizen, not holding any political office?

You wayyyyyyy underestimated her.  She is no elder "darling."  Your dealing with her was probably positive because you have the same stripes.  She is mean.  Rude to people and loved to raise hell with anyone who didn't think her way politically or share her faith belief.  She spent her time grooming the famous Tomassone who disappointed her in the end.  She was all about Mertz as well.  No shrinking violet here.  Quirini would take her on and WIN.  Can't believe she is not on this board.

UH nobody is doing that.  My days with Ms. Schmidt go back--way back when she bought her house.  Nobody is bashing a senior.  She just happens to be A senior.  Rotterdam has not been my home for quite awhile.  But it remains the home of my mother.  So I am happy to comment on this blog.  My understanding is that she comments on this blog plenty through the mouth of a poster.  Is that you?  My time in Rotterdam is sparse and my time in the city now non-existent.  My only interest is through my mother.  But I still know the players.

The dem-o-cons are in big trouble this election year. They are clearly divided and have no one worth a vote. Between their support of EE being awol, the missing als money, the ambulance taxing district fiasco, and now the missing $13K for the senior gossip center.......... just to name a few.........have cost the taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars!!! It will ALL come back to bite 'em!!!
