SCHENECTADY -- Price Chopper said Tuesday that it is voluntarily recalling its Regular Homestyle Potato Salad sold by the pound in the stores' delis between March 19 and March 28 because of the potential of listeria contamination. No related illnesses have been reported, Price Chopper said.
Price Chopper has initiated its Smart Reply notification service, which uses purchase data and consumer phone numbers on file with the AdvantEdge loyalty program to alert households that may have purchased the product.
Customers should return Regular Homestyle Potato Salad purchased during the time period for a full refund.
If the bought it on the 19th, wouldnt they have already ate it? And if thats found in one product, chances are, it could be in others. If its the potatoes, could be in the mashed too. And of course, I bought some of that the other day for lunch.
