After flippin through some of the left wing channels it was funny watching them try to make up excuses for Obama. Not one person yet blasted him for his actions today, all I heard is how smart he is for letting France take the lead and how it's ok to use force because middle eastern countries gave the thumbs up. What hypocrites these people are.

Saying the Dems do it better or the Reps do it better is a conquer and divide technique.......we have lost our soul as a nation and let 'the machine' take
over.....time to get it back

Libya is nothing more than a wag the dog war.  Obama and the dems were getting killed(figuratively speaking) domestically and he needed to fill up the airwaves with other stories in order to change the public debate from Wisconsin Union, federal budget, trillion dollar deficit, Obamacare, and unemployment stories.

Everybody needs to pay attention. Why would the anti-war darling candidate wage a war, getting us involved in Libya's civil war?  Getting involved in another nations civil war was the crux of the anti-war crowd argument on the Iraq war.  What changed?

The Wisconsin Union picture is just beginning and going national.  The Dems are definitely NOT pulling that story from the public eye.

On the war???  I remember the orgasm of right wing enthusiasm for the Afghanistan war (enthusiasm now only a flicker) and the "Shock & Awe, this war will be over in a week" mantra, followed by "mission accomplished" BS of the Right... It took a Democrat to possibly extract the US from that quagmire.

If Obama is smart he will "assist" our allies in this war and stand offshore.

What is the mission in Libya?  What is the American interest in getting involved in a civil war?  If we're there to protect the civilians, why aren't we assisting in Yemen or Bahrain?

Even if you disagree with Afghanistan and Iraq war, at the very least, Bush made a case to why it was in America's best interest.  I am still waiting to hear our commander and chief articulate why we are spending treasure and risking the lives of our pilots in Libya.  Aren't we creating more muslim terrorist by dropping bombs on the Libyans? There must be collateral damage killing innocent Libyans.  Or let me guess, only when Republicans take military action dropping bomb from 30K feet there is collateral damage.  Where are the news stories about innocent civilians getting killed by American stray bombs?

Is the goal of this mission to topple Gahdaffi?  Who will replace him?  Is America going to set up a NEW dictator in Libya?  OR,,,is America going to attempt to set up democracy in Libya?  What's the end game?

No answer?  That's what I thought.  Where's the outrage?  Where are the calls for war crime charges?  I thought the American military was "spread too thin" fighting TWO wars, now we are involved in THREE!  Didn't liberals complain when Bush was authorized to use force in Iraq that he was taking valuable resources away from the Afghan war?  But now we can take resources away from Afghanistan AND Iraq to fight in Libya?  How's that "change" working out for ya?

At the least, GWB attacked an Arab nation after the biggest attack on American soil since Pearl Harbor.  There was also corroborated intelligence from the British that said Saddam had chemical weapons.  And even U.N. inspectors agreed that there were chemical weapons unaccounted for.  There was some logic involved when selling the reason for war to the American people.  He even went to the Congress to ask for authorization of use of force,,,and guess what,,,DEMOCRATS voted YES!  Did Obama go to Congress before sending pilots into harms way in Libya?  Sending soldiers into harms way and using our missiles under the U.N. flag doesn't make it any less of an American war.

Obama started the middle east on fire beginning with the encouragement of civil unrest in Egypt, now he's dragging America into the civil wars that he encouraged.  This guy is brilliant. Cheany was right, Obama made the world MUCH less safe with his policies or lack there of.

No Cis Iraq was done because of the lies.  You ask where is the outrage over Libya?  If you weren't so wrapped in a the flag you would be aware that peace groups are screaming about this.  Do I need to list them?  There is plenty of outrage over this.  Maybe Obamam shoul consult with Glenn Beck, Michelle Bachman, Ann Putrid and the like.
