The nattering nayboobs of negativity in the GOP and other parties just can't handle  the fact that 8 years ago -- the city of Schenectady was down for the count ...  GOP control of the County Leg had brought the city and thecounty to the edge of the cliff.

Today - because of the hard work of the Democratic team in the county and in every municipality within the county  ---   things have turned around ... progress is being made ... and while a lot of work still needs to be done.. the fact is   WE ARE BETTER OFF THAN WE WERE 8 YEARS AGO.

The GOP is the party of no ---  no competence --- no progress --- no ideas  -- no jobs  -- no future.

Voters  --  Just say NO to the GOP.

I have absolutely NO problem paying the extra sales tax to fund Metroplex  -- it is money well spent.  They have done an awesome job under Ray Gillen and the Democratic majority on the County Leg.

We need 2 ideologies. There are liberal minded folks and conservative minded folks. Unfortunately there are some extremes in both. They put balance into our democracy. It allows both sides a voice. And even though there are differences, I admire the passion that both sides stress to keep this democracy great! Extreme is bad....balance is good!  IMHO
