In a stunning move, the U.S. Supreme Court has scheduled another "conference" on a legal challenge to Barack Obama's eligibility to occupy the Oval Office, but officials there are not answering questions about whether two justices given their jobs by Obama will participate.
The court has confirmed that it has distributed a petition for rehearing in the case brought by attorney John Hemenway on behalf of retired Col. Gregory Hollister and it will be the subject of a conference on March 4.
It was in January that the court denied, without comment, a request for a hearing on the arguments. But the attorney at the time had submitted a motion for Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan, who were given their jobs by Obama, to recuse.
Should Obama ultimately be shown to have been ineligible for the office, his actions, including his appointments, at least would be open to challenge and question.

Dear birthers. That birth certificate argument is ruining your credibility, and proving you to be the easily manipulated lemmings that most everybody thinks you are.
I tell you what. I'll give you a day to post where your Fox overlords think say he was born, and I'll come back and give you the punch line.
I'm just dying to see that Kenyan birth certificate, assuming it exists.

This review is because of the case of the Colonel in the Army who refused orders because he believed that Obama didn't have the authority to issue them. |

Conservatives amaze me!!! Especially the Birthers! There is strong evidence (for doubters) and actual PROOF (for the rest of us) that GWB lied about WMD'S in Iraq... yet the Conservative ranks are full of those who DON'T BELIEVE. YET When you can actually SEE Barack Obama's birth certificate... read the newspaper report from 1961 of his birth in Hawaii, and have sworn afidavids from multiple sources... Conservatives still don't believe Obama is a US citizen. They never let FACTS get in the way of a good Conspiracy Theory! (Ya can't fix stupid) See more pics at FactCheck.org http://factcheck.org/elections-2008/born_in_the_usa.html |

51% of Republican primary voters believe President Obama wasn't born in the U.S. NPR: http://www.npr.org/blogs/itsal.....poll?sc=fb&cc=fpWhy would any reasonable American of either party vote for a party that will believe, and even promote a total hoax. Vote Republican... The Earth is flat! Vote Republican... Elvis is alive and living in the mountains of Utah! or Vote Republican... Obama is NOT a US Citizen! |

Kenya did not exist by that name, in 1961. It was created in 1963. Prior to that, it was part of the British Commonwealth. If someone tries to show you a Kenyan birth certificate from 1961, it's an obvious forgery. Here you go guys, The Kenyan Birth Certificate Generator. http://kenyanbirthcertificategenerator.com/You can make your own, and wave it around at the next corporately generated teabagger clusterf*ck. Though I suppose, you'll have to include many misspellings, just to blend in with the crowd. Don't depend on Glen Beck for your history, because his ignorance of history is encyclopedic. |
