I hope DM sues...Sadly the 160K to be paid to lawyers won't include the costly judgments individuals will be collecting against the town!

PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. To amend Local Law No.2, Reso. No. 19.11 passed on 1/1/2011 to include the Planning
and Zoning fee schedule to include items omitted from the original Schedule of Fees.
B. To amend Chapter 27 Section 2 of the Town Code of the Town of Rotterdam entitled
Emergency Medical Board, previously adopted by Rotterdam Town Board on July 16, 1980,
as applies to the composition thereof.
PRIVILEGE OF FLOOR FOR AGENDA ITEMS

90.11 To amend §266-52, Schedule XII of the Code of the Town of Rotterdam entitled, “No
Parking at Any Time” by amending as follows:
In accordance with the provisions of §266-20, no person shall park a vehicle at
any time upon the following streets or parts of streets:

93.11 Authorize the Supervisor to go out for Bids for Attorneys for the Town of
Rotterdam.
94.11 Authorize the Supervisor to negotiate an agreement for Basic Life Support Services
(BLS) and reimbursement of Advanced Life Support (ALS) fees on behalf of the Town of
Rotterdam.
95.11 Authorize the Supervisor to sign a contract with an independent public
integrity investigator to review procedure/process by which the Town Board
attempted, by resolution, to appoint the law firm of Daniels and Porco, LLP
as attorneys for the Town of Rotterdam
96.11 Authorize the Supervisor to execute a contract with the Rotterdam Industrial
Development Agency to allow the disposal of snow that has been collected by the
Town from areas within the Town at the Curry Road Shopping Center.
97.11 A Resolution approving the rezoning of the lands of Thomas E. DeLorenzo and
Patricia A. DeLorenzo located at 1066 Curry Road, Rotterdam, NY.
98.11 Declare the Town of Rotterdam as “lead agency” and authorize the Town Planner
to prepare, file, publish and distribute all documents necessary to comply with 6
NYCRR Part 617 & State Environmental Quality Review relative to the belowproposed
amendment to the Code of the Town of Rotterdam for a Comprehensive
Plan Amendment and Change of Zone request as outlined in Resolution XXX.11
below.
99.11 Call for public hearing to be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the
John F. Kirvin Government Center, V. Dalton Bambury Hearing Room, 1100
Sunrise Boulevard, Rotterdam, NY 12306 for the following purpose:
For a Comprehensive Plan amendment and Change of Zone request on
approximately 6.38 acres from Agriculture (A-1) to Multi-Family
Residential (R-3), on Tax Map Number 57.00-3-16 located on the east
side of Feuz Road, north of the intersection of Countrywalk Road,
Rotterdam, New York, 12306. The applicant proposes to construct
residential apartments.
100.11 Declare the Town of Rotterdam as “lead agency” and authorize the
Town Planner to prepare, file, publish and distribute all documents necessary
to comply with 6 NYCRR Part 617 & State Environmental Quality Review
relative to the below-proposed amendment to the Code of the Town of
Rotterdam for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Change of Zone
request as outlined in Resolution 102.11 below.
101.11 Call for public hearing to be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at

For a Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Change of Zone request on
approximately 36,275 square feet of property from Single Family
Residential (R-1) to Retail Business (B-1), on a portion of Tax Map
Number 59.18-4-26.2 and all of 59.18-4-26.1 located at 2984 Hamburg
Street, Schenectady, New York, 12306. The applicant (Sons of Italy)
proposes to convert the single family residence located directly behind
the lodge to meeting space and enlarge the existing parking lot.
103.11 Resolution authorizing the acquisition of AED Defibrillators, authorizing the
issuance of serial bonds in aggregate principal amount not to exceed $13,000.
104.11 Resolution authorizing the acquisition of Life Pak Defibrillators, authorizing the
issuance of serial bonds in aggregate principal amount not to exceed $49,000.
105.11 Resolution authorizing the acquisition of Police Vehicles authorizing the issuance

Interesting resolution.  It gives no detail about the "rezone".   Don't the resolutions normally state the current zoning and the proposed zoning?   Oh I forgot, that only happens in the real world...not Rotterdam.

Let me say.....FDG is as dumb as a fox!! The guy ran on transparency....and by God he is doing it!! It certainly appears that he will turn rotterdam inside out and expose EVERYTHING!!!

Looks like most rotterdamians misjudged the man.....perhaps?

Rumor has it that he's not going to cave to the rpd either. He'd be fair we hear, but he won't sell the farm like every past administration has. He's stirring up a hornets nest there.

But hell....what's he got to lose....??
