March 1....although I agree it's not logical...and probably not legal either...that position is renewed annually by resolution. Once the
resolution is certified, which it was following the 1/1/11 meeting in which it was passed, terminating the appointee before the end of
the stated term must also occur by a resolution passed by a Board vote.

I also agree about LD...I don't think she has experience at anything except convincing herself of her own importance.
