Ok.....so the guy had a diabetic kit in his car....right? He was smart enough to carry a diabetic kit with him. Did he carry 'candy' with him? That is a known need that diabetics usually carry in case of low blood sugar. Further more.....I wonder if the cops would have noticed if this guy had a medic alert bracelet or neck chain on him.
