Merry Christmas!  This is happening all over the United States.  In fact, there's stories where one mall out in California was shut down because of something like this.  Instead of 75 people showing up, they had thousands, and the floors of the mall couldn't handle it.

'Flash Mob,' Overcrowding Scare Closes Galleria
Thousands Of Shoppers Were Inside Roseville Mall
POSTED: 7:18 pm PST December 20, 2010
UPDATED: 11:17 pm PST December 20, 2010

ROSEVILLE, Calif. -- Evacuations were ordered at the Westfield Galleria at Roseville Monday night because a "flash mob" by the Sacramento Choral Society brought an overcrowding concern.

Fire officials said there were several thousand people in the mall.

Roseville Fire Battalion Chief Peter Mashnat said some people inside claimed the floor was shifting and moving and that they heard cracks and pops in the foundation.

He said officials wanted to evacuate people as quickly as possible as a precaution.

The Sacramento Choral Society & Orchestra said on its website that "Hallelujah! A Spontaneous Celebration of Great Music, Community, the Season, and the reopening of the Westfield Galleria at Roseville," was planned.

Video is at the link above also, which you can hear the announcement of the closing, but can't see the actual issue.
