To your point........savage will never emerge out of schenectady county. Having the highest taxed county in the state and the 19th highest in the country, combined with increased crime and the migration of the welfare seekers to the county is just about enough to seal her dismal fate.

 That's why Landslide is shilling to get Nick Barber's Real Property post? After she increases the salary to suit her vast experience in property tax issues-lol.
