ASSESSOR The Town of Rotterdam, NY, is seeking to fill the part-time position of Assessor. Candidates must meet minimum qualification standards established by the New York State Board of Real Property Services. Basic certification as a New York State Certified Assessor must be earned within three (3) years from the date of appointment. Salary commensurate with experience. Letters of interest are due by Dec 17??? How can they possibly think they will get enough viable candidates in less than 5 days?   Oh forgive me, I forgot...this is Rotterdam and we already know this is going to be a retread.

Part time supervisor / part time assessor

We will save on atty fees

And he will get his assessment lowered

Too bad Tomassone couldn't comprehend.  He put the residents at the mercy of a "hired goon."  IMHO  Sow corn grow corn.  Clean out the barn FDG.  The revitialization continues.

At least they are posting the opening this time  ---  I don't believe that Tomassone and Company ever
posted the job ... before they gave it to one of their cronies.
