Word on the street Johnny M may be moving from town level to state once again.

Not mixin apples and oranges at all.  FDG did not mislead or deny access to his properties.  Mertzie refuses the assessment office access to the room over his garage he says is "unheated."  Carolina Lazzari applied for a tax exempt on a gray area shady barn renovation.  Still slick??

FDG didn't have to deny or mislead his boy that he just hired BACK to the Assessors Office.  FDG didn't have to worry about JM EVER sending an assessor to his compound.

BTW, I wouldn't allow an assessor into my home. (Which by law you're not required)  Especially a guy like JM who uses the power of the assessor office to punish his political enemies and reward his political cronies.

HaHaHa That's funny Cicero.  Punishment is what happened to JM for not lowering Steve Tommassone's brother's assessment and the large number of other GOP cronies lowered by Craig Surprise.  But that is old news.  I believe the new assessment practices will work out just fine for all the residents of the Town of Rotterdam.  Vee haff vase to make you talk!  ROTFLMAO

Ever since the housing values dropped not one reval has been done, why? Why not let the taxpayer pay a fair assessment instead of the inflated one that they're paying now.

Peeper, you're not really suggesting that Macejka is a good public servant are you?

Some things will never change, like the way he comes and goes from town hall as he wishes.  He'll be the first one to say something about one of us for being 5min late, but has has never been accountable to anyone.

Also, there is nobody who holds a bigger grudge than Macejka!  As for the reval that he pushed for, anyone and everyone working in town hall will tell you it was a disaster.  The numbers were all fictitious to begin with and when it was done they ran for the hills.  Where is all that sales tax money we were promised?

He should learn from his mistakes, or he might find himself watching a rerun of a few years ago.
