It's the day after Veteran's Day and I already saw a house decked out in Christmas lights. Call Fr. Morrette! Report that we have seen the first signs of the holiday of "peace and joy and goodwill toward men." The Christmas parade can't be far behind. |

I thought they canceled their "Christmas Parade" about 6-8 years ago? |

No I think they just do it earlier than Thanksgiving weekend. The holidays will soon be here. I can already see Christmas trees on every corner, ornaments in the stores, peole running to Uncle Sam's for the best ever chocolate Santas and peanut butter ribbon candy, Babkas flying out of the bakeries....and the best for last shopping at BLOOMINGDALE'S!!!!!!!!!!!!! yESSSSSSSSSSSSSS! Benny cash in your Christmas Club--let's go shopping. |

I guess, if there's gonna be a "Christmas Parade", I better make reservations to be there. I don't celebrate any other holidays that have a "Santa Claus" at that time of year, and when Schenectady had that horrible "Holiday" thing, I stopped going.
See you there Boomer? |

Tell you the truth, I stopped going years ago. When the kids were little, I would fight the folks and the cold to take them. Maybe when my grand daughter gets a bit bigger I will take her. Not sure if they call it the Christmas parade--probably the holdiay parade so it will be all inclusive. But the fact is, Christmas trumps all holidays--at least the secular Christmas does. People back away from the real spirit. |

It's not a Christmas Parade-it's a Holiday Parade-with Santa Claus. Thank you SS Savage, ANG and the Democratic PC moron patrol. The former Christmas Parade will be not on traditional Black Friday but the weekend before Thanksgiving. Mercury Morris had a conflict and wanted to be in his new $100,000 Viking kitchen. As far as the decorating-who cares? It used to be that people would wait until after Turkey Day to deck the halls. Saw a tree on lit up on Union St at the home of a well know Dem hack. Guess he really cares about saving energy?-lol. |

Look Salami--I thought you would be thrilled with this news. Of c ourse it will have Santa Claus-did you think they would be marching the Baby Jesus down the street? They probably won't have anything religious there. AFter this past election, the Dem hack probably can't wait for Christmas to feel a little happiness. |

I will be thrilled with the news that the Christmas Parade is back on Black Friday {which it was until 3 years ago when Morris interfered} and is properly called a Christmas Parade. I could care less when some DEM moron starts lighting decking the halls. He probably likes high utility bills to go along with his high taxes. Father Morrette is busy leading the pro-lifers. |

Yes Fr. Morette is busy leading the flock and taking a stand against the death penalty as well. God Bless Fr. Morette.
Bring back the Christmas parade on Black Friday! |
