'Obama unlikely to last his first term' Wed Oct 27, 2010 9:46AM
A US analyst says US President Barack Obama is unlikely to end his first term as there are serious efforts by American officials to remove him due to his incompetence.
"It is very doubtful at this time that he will last his first term," Edward Spannaus of Executive Intelligence Review said in an interview with Press TV on Wednesday.
"There are people who are upset within the administration and the Democratic party who are seriously considering how to remove Obama from presidency," Spannaus added.
Many of them put out all their calls for removing Obama under the amendment 25th of the US Constitution.
The amendment allows for the removal of the US president if he is incapacitated either physically or mentally.
Spannaus also opined that people in the military are upset because Obama "is not attentive" to what is going on. "We have troops killing and being killed and he is not interested in dealing with it," he further explained.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Spannaus said people inside the White House say, "Once he got into the White House he is very unhappy having to govern ... he is very frustrated, he is very depressed, some reports say he is on medications and he cannot concentrate or focus, which is a mental problem." ........................>>>>............................>>>>.................http://www.presstv.ir/detail/148446.html
After 8 years of Bozo Bush, Obama looks like a genius!

wow, how desperate can you be? using press tv as a source. here is the facts about press tv: Press TV is a 24-hour English language global news network owned by Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB). Its headquarters are located in Tehran, Iran, with worldwide bureaux in Beirut (Lebanon), Damascus (Syria), London (UK), and Seoul (South Korea).

Obama will make it through the first term without a doubt.
There is no way he will be removed from office - he'd have to resign.
And he is too arrogant to think he's anything other than perfect for this role.
After all, the whole reason why all of his policies are unpopular is not because they are wrong for the country, he just hasn't done a good enough job in communicating them.... (in his warped mind)
He will be impeached. No way will the DEMS keep him in office after Tuesday. One political expert described the Midwest as a DEM killing field. A whole generation of DEM politicians will be thrown out of office. It should only happen in Schenectady County. But first you need an opposition.
Another rumor is that Nancy Pelosi will resign after she loses the majority. No way would she be selected as DEM minority leader.
The most recent Pew Research Center survey has a 46% approval of Obama’s job performance... Compared to a Clinton mid term rating of 41%, and Reagan's as low as 35%.
The Pew Research survey finds 47% of voters would like to see Obama run for reelection, while just 36% said in 1982 that they wanted to see Reagan run.

There is no way Obama is going to be impeached and removed from office.
It is very likely they will have a majority of the House next January - but what "charges" would they trump up to get Articles of Impeachment voted out of the Judiciary Committee and then approved by the House ? At best, the GOP will have 51 seats in the Senate -- it takes 67 votes to remove a president from office - which with no impeachable charges against Obama seems rather unlikely that you will get 16 Democrats to go along.
I don't think the GOP is THAT stupid -- why would they waste anytime moving Articles of Impeachment that would never stand up to a trial in the Senate ??
Furthermore, I doubt Articles of Impeachment would even be approved by the House -- there are too many sensible GOP members of the House that would NEVER go along with this stupid idea.

I think they're talking about his mental abilities.
But - on the flip side, there are too many "sensible DNC members to go along with this stupid idea" (healthcare, trillions in spending, etc) - but they did. So I guess anything's possible.

In order to invoke that Constitutional Amendment you would have to get the Cabinet to do it .. NOT the Congress. No way that the Cabinet will suddenly turn on the president.
The House can impeach for high crimes and misdemeanors .. and the Senate can remove by convicting the president by a two thirds vote. But the GOP would never get 67 votes in the Senate against Obama.

I'd love to see the Articles of Impeachment from these lame Conservative extremists:
Article 1. Ummm we don't like Obama. Article 2. We think Americans should go with out health care. Article 3. We want to privatize Social Security and Obama doesn't want to... so we want to impeach himl Article 4. He started an Illegal, Unnecessaryt war in Iraq, that cost the US taxpayers $1 trillion dollars. OOPS, wait. That was Bush... Scratch Article 4. Article 5. Ummm, did we mention we really don't like Obama?

Article 4. He started an Illegal, Unnecessaryt war in Iraq, that cost the US taxpayers $1 trillion dollars. OOPS, wait. That was Bush... Scratch Article 4.
...Wars that have been funded since 2007 by Democrat controlled congress and executed since January 2009 by Barack Obama. So I guess Obama would be considered an accessory to a crime using your "illegal war" logic.
Starting a war, especially an unnecessary war like the one in Iraq, was totally a Bush/Cheney endeavor. Remember the WMD'S? The Mushroom Cloud? The Yellow Cake from Niger??? We know where the WMD'S are in Iraq? All Bush lies.
There is a very big difference between starting a war, and voting to fund a war. The Iraq war was based on Bush/Cheney lies. Once US troops are in a combat area, no matter where it is, voting against continued funding the war is voting to put US troops in jeopardy.
So... What exactly would those Articles of Impeachment consist of??? What impeachable offense did President Obama commit that is so grievous as to reverse the will of the voters??? Article 1. Um... Conservatives don't like Obama...etc, etc, etc...

Maybe impeach him and charge him for war crimes, for the continued execution of an illegal war.
BRING OUR TROOPS HOME! Also, we should pay trillions of dollars in damages to the Iraqi families for waging this illegal war. Oh yeah,,,we can bring Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld up on war crimes.
If you really believe this is an "illegal war", then Obama continuing this war would be the equivalent of a Hitler successor continuing to support and wage the wars that Hitler started. Obama should stand trial along side Bush/Cheny/Rumsfeld.
