Gadfly--what planet do you live on?  Are you kidding?  Paladino is a HUGE JERK.  His comments were outrageous.  Anyone with a brain would cross him off their list as a possible candidate.  He's done...stick a fork in him.  All people should be accepted regardless of their sexual orientation, politics, religion--NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!!!  Paladino is a DOLT.

He never said that homosexuals should not be accepted...only that they should not be able to marry and that we should not allow
the brainwashing of young, vulnerable children into believing it's a normal lifestyle. That's what liberals do...they constantly attempt
to define deviance downward, until it is transformed into "normal"....and then the defenders of traditional marriage are made to look
"intolerant"..."mean spirited".....blah, blah, blah. I really do not care what they do in their personal lives...I just don't want it
shoved down my throat for the purpose of forceful acceptance...and gay marriage is another means of doing just that.

It doesn't matter what planet on which one lives...marriage has always been defined as the union of one man and one woman
across all civiliztions since the beginning of time...until modern day "world order" communists decided otherwise.

Many Many people couldn't agree with you more. Those people that call themselves 'christians' or 'catholics' should be standing behind a politician who stands up for christian beliefs. Those who don't are clearly just hypocrites!

Paladino may not be politically correct....but he sure is in lock step with what MOST people REALLY think....who are afraid to state their beliefs for fear of being labeled intolerant!! IMHO

Do those accepted sexual orientations include bestiality and polygamy?  How about card carrying members of NAMBLA, should society not stigmatize those people who desire to practice in man boy love?  I'm glad Paladino isn't caving to the PC left wing crowd.

RE: bestiality ask Paladino.  I think when you are speaking of sexual orientation we are speaking about within the law.  I believe NAMBLA is a group that is out there.  Certainly no children should ever be brought into this topic.  What's your interest?

Was sodomy always legal?  With progressives - those behaviors that were once taboo in society, progressively get forced into the mainstream through legislation.  So if you are a progressive as you claim, polygamy and beastiality would be the natrual progression for legalization.  Then in 50 years, your children or grandchildren can use the "it's within the law" to justify those moral behaviors that were once social taboo.

BTW, the ACLU actually defended the rights of NAMBLA...GO PROGRESSIVES!

it's the religious leaders responsibility to teach their flocks about what the religious law says and if that flock strayeth then it is that religious leaders
fault.....the world will always be the world outside of 'church'.....and according to it's own teachings the Bible even says so......"...you must keep yourself
separate from the world.".......so of course the church wont marry gays in the church......the government is OUTSIDE the church and must be as such
and remain as such.....

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.
