I have learned that Ron Severson, here aka Pillsbury Dough Boy, is training in the Town Clerk's office...Michelle Golden wants out. I
guess this explains, at least in part, his chronic cheerleading and undying admiration for the Demokratz.

Tippy are you referring to the Al Jurzynski family or Tony Jasenki family.

OK, now hold on here just a minute.  Michelle Goldman was initially hired as a transcriptionist, and part time secretary to the ZBA and Plan. Comm.  Then she was moved to Deputy Clerk at $30,000 dollars from the Hwy. fund.  And now we have another position to pay for?  Is M.G. leaving the Town employment roles?  Where is the hiring freeze that was in place?  Can't they put someone there that used to work in the Clerk's office that doesn't need training and is already an employee?

Come on Avon, you are talking about rotterdam where nothing makes any sense or has any common sense! You are talking way to logical here!!

Remember FDG was going to run TH like his business. Obviously he doesn't keep his own books.

Why would they do that ???
Took a test
Selected from a list
EE refused to interview that person thus she was political favor for who????

Wasn't she was steve's girlfriend according to the last political appointment to hold the position in the clerks office

They would do this community a great service by putting the person who tested and qualified for the job

If they had kept her there we would have saved 30k and none of this stupidity, but no we are paranoid!!!!

He does now. All the posting paid off BIG TIME. Layoffs? In Rotterdam? That's for the private sector only.

Wouldn't the savings be greater?  The 30K plus whatever DVoR will be paid, plus 50K to reining Town Clerk.  Seems like a lot of cash, three slaries for a town job . . .

$30K seems like a fair price to pay to not have to read any of Ron's posts any more.

Wasn't he recently a proponent of combining the Town Clerk and Receiver of Taxes jobs as a cost savings measure?  Oops, scrap that idea!
