I realize that we went from the previous company and are now working with OSM as the producer of our Town Board Meetings.  I thought that one of the advantages of going to OSM was that we were going to be able to watch the town board meetings on-line.  Well, I went to OSM's website (http://openstagemedia.com/?q=watch) and they only have 3 town board meetings on there to be watched, 2 from June and 1 from July.  With all the "special meetings" that we're having and the fact that we need to "keep the public appraised of the current situation," shouldn't these be getting ut up faster than they're on TV, or at least within a week?  I mean the original "special meeting" isn't even there and we've had eve more "special" meetings since then.  Where's the coverage???

Rotterdam has a contractor (not an OSM employee) who tapes the meetings and gives the DVD to Town Hall.   One of the Town employees delivers the DVD to OSM so it can be played on Channel 16, soon to be Channel 18/government channel.   OSM does not produce the Rotterdam meetings; they only play the DVD that is given to them.  When they get an opportunity, the video is posted on their website for viewing.
