Yep, DM evil alter-ego (split personality) is peeper. I'm told the side of Diane I knew, professional and friend, has always had this ruthless, evil political "other side". Something I never thought her possible of until she joined this forum, but now she's made it very evident.
There is definitely a mental thing going on there, but maybe that is what it takes to run the town clerk's office, just ask the one on ahem on "sick" leave.....

Elected officials should have education and experience in government and planning....
Spot zoning should be stopped.......
empty buildings... charge rent to owners (or demand taken down at owner's expense)
seems people appointed are by who they "know" ...NOT what they know...and take advantage of the power handed to them...
