The "Tea Party" is technically a movement NOT a political party.  It has black, white,
and a whole diversity of members.  
I don't believe it is a "monolithic" movement .. so there is a range of views among
its members .. however the smaller government, lower taxes, and more literal reading
of the Constitution seems to be the 3 common factors endorsed by those in the
movement.
