If this was a set up based on timing then I would imagine those accused of the "set up" would have publicized the matter before the election, not months after.
It doesn't matter whether anyone knew the person was dead for years before EE notarized the signature of the deceased...all that matters is that EE knew that the signer was not present and knowingly witnessed the sworn signature of someone else....by her own admission.
I was not "chosen" for anything....I made a compassionate plea to EE to resign with the legendary status she should have had...rather than allow this to cloud her legacy. One cannot "be" set up when notarizing a document. You have NOT provided the tiniest, the teeniest, the slightest shred of proof of your comment that someone set her up If you were an honest person, you would provide proof. No proof means its a lie.
DV, if you had HALF a brain, you know know that a notary CANNOT, ABSOLUTELY CANNOT be set up. Let me provide an idea of the most wild imagination on the face of this earth. let's say HYPOTHETICALLY, that someone did try to set her up. It would absolutely positive NOT be possible if she obeyed the law!
In the legal world, in the world of law, a notary is required to have her person appear before the notary IN PERSON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the notary MUST PERSONALLY WITNESS the signature. EE did NEITHER.

"On this ____ day of [month] in the year ______, before me, the undersignd, personally appeared name of person personally known to me or proved to me on the basis of satisfactory evidence to be the individual ..."
A notary affixes his/her signature to the document where that statement is written and the notary stamp.
SO, DV, those words "personally appeared" Please explain to us how a deceased person PERSONALLY APPEARED in front of EE. Tell us HOW EE WITNESSED the signature?????? Huh????? Just explain that.
And tell us HOW she could be set up?????? Even IF someone brought the document to her and gave a big sob story in order to set her up, EE COULD NOT IN ANY WAY, MANNER, SHAPE, OR FORM be set up... IT IS TOTALLY 10000% IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! She had an obligation to say "no, I'm sorry, I cannot do this, no matter what, I am a public official, I took an oath, I must follow the law regarding notarizing a document, so and so is not personally here before me as the law requires, I am unable to personally witness so and so's signature, therefore I cannot notarize this document" THAT is what EE was OBLIGATED TO DO BY LAW. SHE KNEW FULL WELL that she was violating the law by not enforcing these requirements.
