Or...How about denying them access to things like public education, medical services, drivers licenses, taking away the incentive for them to come here?

There are still plenty of jobs for illegals in AZ & the rest of the USA. Who cleans the pools, mows the lawns, cleans the toilets... NOT AMERICANS... Illegals.

Guatemalan man charged with stabbing at track backstretch
SARATOGA SPRINGS — A Guatemalan man was charged in connection with a stabbing at the backstretch at Saratoga Race Course Saturday night.
Police believe the suspect, Angel Juarez Garcia, 24, may be an illegal immigrant who works for a trainer.
Police said the incident happened between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. at the dorms near the Oklahoma Training Track after an argument. The victim, who was not identified by police, suffered multiple stab wounds to the neck, arms and chest and was treated at Saratoga Hospital and later released.
Garcia was charged with felony second-degree assault, arraigned in City Court and sent to Saratoga County Jail with bail set at $100,000.
Police also are working with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to determine Garcia’s immigration status.
"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."
Ohhh, another innocent minority person of color who is only seeking a better life for his family and loved ones! Makes my heart cry out with love and diversity! how wrong to make them follow the law and be LEGAL immigrants! Damn right wing wants to steal his right to be free in America!

Looks like the Federal Judge just blocked MOST, but not all of the injunction ... the law goes into effect at Midnight unless the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals (Calif) rules further - not sure when they're going to hear the case.
This will be a popular move by the regime going into the fall election. Now people can really vent and get out to vote!

Judge blocks vital parts of Arizona immigration law

Poor wording in bill helped judge reach decision on SB1070 Related Documents
A federal judge this morning blocked several critical provisions of Arizona's new immigration law from taking effect, delivering a last-minute victory to opponents of the law that brought the state a flurry of mostly negative international attention. The overall law will still take effect Thursday, but without the provisions that angered opponents. Sections barred from being enforced include: • Requiring a police officer to make a reasonable attempt to check the immigration status of those they have stopped; • Forbidding police from releasing anyone they have arrested until that person's immigration status is determined; • Making it a violation of Arizona law for anyone not a citizen to fail to carry documentation; • Creating a new state crime for trying to secure work while not a legal resident; • Allowing police to make warrantless arrests if there is a belief the person has committed an offense that allows them to be removed from the United States. "Requiring Arizona law enforcement officials and agencies to determine the immigration status of every person who is arrested burdens lawfully-present aliens because their liberty will be restricted while their status is checked," U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton ruled. The judgement is "virtually a complete win for the United States" and that the "heart of SB1070 has been enjoined," University of Arizona law professor Gabriel "Jack" Chin said....................>>>>.................>>>>..................http://azstarnet.com/news/state-and-regional/aea822e0-9a6b-11df-9fe8-001cc4c002e0.html

I believe the illegal immigration problem should be handled exactly like the massive water main break [June 29] in Troy: 1) Stop the flow; 2) assess the damage and develop a plan of action; and 3) implement the plan. This is the basic sequence of events that must be followed if we are ever to solve the problem. No plan will succeed without first stopping the fl ow of illegals across all our borders. It will not be easy, but it must be done.
I find the current discussion on immigration most disturbing. I came to this country from England as a legal immigrant in 1968. Prior to leaving England, my family and I had to undergo extensive interviewing at the U.S. Embassy in London and produce evidence of physical examinations and financial support arrangements to ensure that we would be healthy — and not become wards of the state. Shortly after arrival, we received our “green cards” — permanent resident visas. We were required to register each year with the authorities to confirm our address. We were also told that we should carry our green cards with us at all times as evidence that we were legal resident aliens should the need arise. To go abroad for vacation, we also had to get a dispensation from the IRS to confirm that we were up-to-date on our taxes. And we could not vote until we because U.S. citizens, which we did in the mid-1990s. What do we have today? Illegal immigrants protesting their “rights” in the streets, and the government pandering to their every need. This latest ruling by a judge in Arizona is a travesty. I cannot imagine what our legal immigrant population feels about what is going on when they see many deserving potential immigrants waiting to obtain their green cards and become legal immigrants on their way to becoming citizens. We seem to have reduced everything to the lowest level possible. Whatever happened to the meaning of “illegal?” I hear talk of this being so that illegal immigrants can vote. It was my understanding that legal immigrants could not vote, let alone illegal immigrants. This reduction of standards seems to be going on in a number of areas in our society. When I see the developments going on in the Far East, and the dedication these people apply to their work, I fear for the future of this country and our children. It is [past] time that we woke up and smelled the coffee!

Emergency Senate spending bill approved $600M for Border protection
August 6, 1:17 PM · Michael Webster - LA National Security Examiner
WASHINGTON -- The Senate Thursday added $600 million to the effort to try and slow the flow of illegal smuggling of drugs and humans across the U.S. Mexican border. The money the bill will provide is to be used for adding 1,500 new enforcement agents and deploying unmanned aerial drones to improve border surveillance.
The new legislation if approved by the House and Senate committee's will include $176 million for 1,000 new border patrol agents to form a new and bigger task strike force to be deployed at critical choke points of the Mexican Drug Cartels smuggling corridors along the border and inland, that are used to bring drugs, undocumented immigrants and possible terrorist into this country. another $89 million will be used to hire 500 more U.S. Customs and immigration personnel and $32 million to deploy unmanned aerial vehicles or predators.
It provides an additional $196 million for the Justice Department to bolster its forces of U.S. marshals, and FBI, DEA and ATF agents along the border's entry and exit points.
According to the AP the voice vote to pass the emergency spending came in the final hours before the Senate leaves for its month long summer break. Its sponsor, Democratic Sen. Charles Schumer of New York, said it would boost border spending 10 percent above 2010 levels.
President Barack Obama urged Congress to come up with at least $600 million to reinforce border security. In the past both Republicans and Democrats have wanted more border security spending. The main stumbling block has been how to pay for the increased spending. Republicans sought to use unspent funds from the economic stimulus act, an idea rejected by Democrats. The Democratic plan passed Thursday would boost fees assessed on foreign-based personnel companies that take advantage of U.S. visa programs, such as the H-1B visa program for temporary skilled workers, to bring foreign workers, mainly from India, into the United States.
The House last week passed similar legislation with $701 million in emergency money for border security. It could take up the Senate bill when it interrupts its August recess next Tuesday for a one-day session to approve a Senate-passed jobs bill................>>>>...............>>>>..............http://www.examiner.com/x-8642.....or-Border-protection
