The lack of professionalism, intelligence and the desire to serve far reaches the level of incompetence I've ever seen or heard from that town hall. I expected this town board to be shady with some level of unprofessionalism, and with some lack of intelligence and incompetence. But I never thought I'd see it this low or almost non-exsistant. This will truly be a one term town board!! Budget time should be fun with this bunch. I suggest that everyone attend ALL budget meetings when the time comes.

Then go wild hiring fulltime employees and giving stipends to all their buddies. And let me get this straight. The genius is going to explain a campaign contribution before voting for the zoning change. I have never seen anything like this before. We are the laughingstock of the county.

This present tb couldn't shine the shoes of the last administration. That's how INCOMPETENT this circus act is. During their campaign, they were ready to hit the ground running. Well, we're 4 months into this circus act, and they still don't know how to make a motion. Or for that matter 'when' to make a motion. FDG falls asleep, BG 'pretends to be on top of things, but OBVIOUSLY does not have a clue. And I swear MM is playing interactive games on his ipod during the meeting. They are ALL way over their heads. And to think that one of them is actually in charge of an entire school! Scary! I guess that gives some insight on why the Schenectady schools are doing so great, huh?
Hell, remember in the beginning how the attorney, Lacardi, seemed very 'protective' of this board and did ALL the talking for them? It appears that he is just as embarrassed as the rest of us are. He just sits back and rolls his eyes.
Nah....can't compare this bunch to ANY other town board. They are clearly in a class of their own. IMHO

Yes, of course she should. That was the whole point then, and EE wanted Laura Cagnina (who ST wouldn't keep because she wasn't Civil Service --- also NOT a requirement of the job, just ST's way of overstepping EE). BTW how did that work out for him??!!! The Town Clerk's office has always had 1-2 other workers in it ... EE is an elected official, and NOT required to be in the office full time, though she has always done that (not so with other TCs in the past). Eunice has done a fine job for more than 30 years --- she deserves whatever she needs. PERIOD.
Should EE get whatever SHE needs/wants or what is actually required for that office? It's just all political bullsh!t plain and simple. Rotterdam just keeps recycling these political idiots. And it appears that rotterdam is full of them! Some are just worse than others....but idiots all the same!

Well I heard from my friends at town hall that LC may have thought she was good at her job, but it was CD who had come in and cleaned up not only her mess, but EE's mess as well. There were bonds that were never sent to the bond attorney just stuffed in a filing cabinet among other work that was not done properly. CD knew the job and did it well. KUDOS to her!
