Check out page 92. It's the approved minutes from the 3/24/2010 town board meeting about the golub warehouse expansion. It was signed by EE, but I thought she wasn't there. Does the town clerk have to sign these things even if they are not in attendance?

Oh, I thought her signature was 'swearing to the information' she signed for. Kind of like a witness to the fact.  Just a question, since she wasn't at the meeting.

Wait, page 91 reads that the motion was made by ND.  But that isn't correct, is it?  ND voted in opposition to the rezone...why would she make the motion?   The only motion that ND made was to table the vote to rezone.
