What if there was a guarantee that the property had to be repaired and brought up to code?

Why were they allowed to rent them out in the first place?  What is in the Comp Plan?  Was there ever recommendation to change the zoning before their proposal?  Is this another example of spot zoning?

Why do these people have this petition going? Why are they against it? Just curious!

I personally thought that it was Galesi who 'really' wants the property for themselves. They bid on it, but lost.....obviously! So is this a quality of life issue? Is it a legal issue? Or is it a pressure from Galesi issue?

petitiononline.com is a pretty anonymous service.  You or I could sign FDG or DM to that list - there's no verification checks whatsoever.

Take it with a grain of salt, I'm sure the TB will

No, the town spoke loud and clear when they voted in the new team!

The majority spoke loud and clear, and lost!

The MINORITY spoke loud and clear, and won!

This present town board DOES NOT have the support of the majority of this town!!!! GOT IT?

REMEMBER THAT!!!!!

No. The past board was very hard on Synch and it was very clear what the agenda was there with them on that issue. The MAJORITY voted against the Tommasone administration BIG TIME! They rejected that policy, the policy to remmediate the water in Masullo, the 'tough of developers' policy and all of his other policies. I would say that the current board should be governing in opposition to all of Tommasone's policies since the people did not WANT those policies or DID NOT CARE ABOUT THEM ENOUGH.

Majority=60% of the voters who threw the Republicans out! What is so hard to grasp?

The previous administration had vision and was working forward in the right direction on planning for the future.  That's why there were so many meetings on the exit 25, 25A and 26 corridors.  It was to hear what people wanted.  Spot zoning appears to be what the 60% majority want because 60% of the majority didn't show up at those meetings and voted them out.

Steve et al were voted out because they were trying to move the town forward.  Where are we going now?

27000 residents, 10,000 cast votes, 5kplus to win(20%) is a far cry from any majority

i would say the majority(62%) doesn't give a sh!t about anything

and the fathers of west hill realized that fact
