I believe in my research it is the clerk that can make or break an administration by the clerks dealings/upholding of regs/policies/procedures in house or as the liason with other agencies, county, state, fed etc.......

In the private sector, this 'clerk' would have been removed a few years ago. Only in the tax paid public sector, do you see this kind nonsense.
The way I see it....the liberal socialists are morally void. There clearly is no moral compass for what is right and what is wrong. The liberal socialist seems to be able to display some type of a 'strange almost false morality' when it involves the opposition.
