Maybe Baby Position Assistant devices should be banned also. The news just said that a dozen kids have been killed by them because they suffered from positional asphyxiation. I wonder when the Schenectady County ban will come... or if it won't, since one of the legislators doesn't have a child that would be affected by it.

I'm not against the exercising of the Constitutional free speech, but there are laws that need to be complied with. If the law is wrong, then maybe the law should be changed. This town board seems to have no problem with changing the law any time they don't like what's happening, why not change that one now? |
