Good point Mobile, I will ignore Mr Little"Troll"field and his postings where as your cute little man says- a TROLL "is someone trying to impress us with his knowledge." In fact I will ignore the whole forum. I guess Mr Amedore was right where as by his own addmissions "his picture with Ms DiLeva would piss NNTP candidates off." Problem is the NNTPer's should fight there own battles. TskTsk Me thinks before long Mr OConnor will be talking the same nonsense about challenging "my" man George. Good luck with that. |

Okay Peeper what about your man "George" the home builder, a/k/a our Assemblman, investing in the Brandywine Avenue property in the City? Good site for building homes and no destruction of open space and aquifer recharge areas. How about him building in the City to show his dedication to the redevelopment of Schenectady and not just the higher income areas of the burbs?
Let's see if he can't improve his environmental record a bit. He proposed cluster development in Guilderland so it would seem he is getting the concept of open space preservation. Or was it that the Town of Guilderland gets it. |

That is one of the craziest posts I have ever read. ROTFLMAO. Oh yes, there is such a demand for housing in the City and in the Brandywine Ave area....... LMAO. Are you kidding me? There is an abundance of housing in these areas. Eyesores should be torn down. The last thing the City needs is additional housing and on top of that there is no market for new housing there. Where do you come up with so much nonsense? How is the new housing selling off of Van Vranken and how about Union and Barrett St? LOL. Comical. |

ROTFLMAO pg13 And they want us to take what Brad and Mary have to say as having political "potential." Not in this lifetime. Kooky is what Kooky is I guess. So my friends at the Sr Center tell me. |

According to the DG article, John Van Norden Corp. Counsel considers this property a "valuable" parcel. Future use of homes, planned residential community, a senior residential community or green homes. I guess you would think the City doesn't know what it wants there? Where is the senior housing for esidents of the City? Downtown in the old Sealtest buiding??? Where else? Ask the City Seniors what they think.
Brad clearly has potential and desire. Who is Mary? |

There is no market for housing in the City. What is Van Norden a real estate guru all of the sudden? LOL!!! There is plenty of Senior housing in the city. Eastern/Nott Terrace, Broadway, Albany St, Kings Rd, Chrisler Ave just to name a few. I'm sure Van Norden has a bridge he'd like to sell you too. LOL No developer is investing dollars into the City residential market... None. You must have missed all of the recent DG articles in relation to several neighborhoods in the City having the highest vacancy rates in the state!!! There is an abundance of housing, I'd like to see you invest your personal $$$ into the City housing market. LOL! Crazy, crazy, crazy...... LOL |

Hmmm...I'm not a builder and I certainly don't have the income that your George has. What was that program that George donated time and materials to build a house from someone locally? I forgot. Must have cost a lot of $$ just before election too.
Maybe George could propose affordable low-income housing to the City? There isn't an abundance of properties in the City that are decent AND affordable. Yes, I missed those articles for sure.
BTW, Eastern/Nott Terrace is the old Sealtest building. Some of us remember what the City used to be. |

Eastern and Nott (107 Nott Terrace) is Schaffer Heights. http://schafferheights.com/ This ought to help you. George worked on that project a year prior to running for office. (big difference from what your making it out to be) Only here can someone donate his time and money to a cause to be spun around into a negative for him. Brilliant. FYI, gov't programs have invested hundreds of thousands of $$$ into the housing stock. Just check Catherine St area, Hamilton St, etc. The program is a joke, gov't spending $160,000 on a house that sells for $80,000. We don't need bigger gov't housing programs. If that's your belief then George isn't your guy. Maybe you should reach out to Kosiur with your ideas. He seems more your speed. And finally, anyone who believes the fix to the City's neighborhood problems is investing into new housing when there is an abundance of housing sitting vacant, needs to find another hobbie... |

Way to go pg13. Problem is Brad and Husky think they have all the answers to the ills of the towns, counties, state and nation. Scary thought that they they still don't get it. The neo-conservative agenda isn't playing in these parts and podunk Delanson is not a bellweather for the rest of the assembly or for that matter congressional district. Mark my words, Brad will be talking congress before long. Can't make this stuff up. At least that what friends at the Sr Center tell me. |

Oooooo...Peeper and PG seem to have a distaste for Mr. Littlefield. Seems to be more misguided anger toward the person who they believe torpedoed their whole slate of candidates in Rotterdam and District 4. Yet peeper still asks "who is Podunk Brad Littlefield"? He knows exactly who he is. The reoccurring nightmares remind him every night since November 3rd.

Yeah, Brad has a vision and direction and a desire to lead. Unlike the local Republican leadership who provide no vision and can't field a candidate in the City. |
