SCHENECTADY -- Eight months after taking the job, Thomas P. Constantine is resigning as Schenectady County's director of emergency management and homeland security, to become assistant director of campus safety at Union College.

What a phony butt-kiss sell out he is anyway. Maybe they can now hire another politically connected clown act to take his place. He has less integrity than a billy goat. I remember how he fell supplicant to their wishes and kissed the feet of Savage and changed parties in a vain hope of becoming sheriff. Now he can run a squad of rentacops. Fitting.
