Did anyone else catch that story? I don't know if it's posted anywhere else. There are claims that the jury pool may now be tainted because Steven Raucci was pictured behind bars on the same mailer where it said Carney was putting criminals in jail.
Don't get me wrong...he belongs there! But, as a DA, he's gotta offer Raucci a fair trial. Anyone juror could come into the court now and say, "Carney says he should be in jail...GUILTY!"

I found it rather bizarre that Raucci's case hasn't gone to trial yet. It makes people think that it's being delayed for suspicious reasons.It makes people think that because there are others (school officials) who are probably involved, they are trying to keep this out of the public's view for awhile.
Some people thought they were going to wait until after the election because there may be some involved. Of course that was just people's opinions. |

I saw that mailer and wondered about that photo. I thought I had missed the trial or that he plea bargained and it was over. Who the heck was advising Carney on his PR? And he's a lawyer why didn't he think that would be a problem? |

 Thank you TBV. Wondering when someone would mention this. The Gazetto editors had a great idea-make those responsible for this slime PAY for moving 3 trials {Mad Bomber and 2 others} out of this County. Maybe if thousands were taken out their too big governmental paychecks this slime mail might finally stop. |

Can't believe anyone would use The Mad Bomber image in a campaign mailer for any office. What's wrong with them? Carney is furious about this-which he says typically he knew nuthin about. The backsplash continues.... How about dem mailers? LOL! |
