Brad ~ I think you are being a little harsh on GB ~ after all ~ he's just doing as he's told to do.

No one ever tells me what to do. I act on my own. Always. And I don't follow a personality cult (of Mertz) or anyone anyone else. I do what I believe is best for the taxpayers and residents of the town.

You mean like Rene Merihew (R), Duanesburg's supervisor did. She is endorsing Viscusi according to a campaign flier. I thought Ms. Merihew was smarter and more of an independent thinker than that. Guess not! Although I'm sure there are many residents of Duanesburg scratching and shaking their heads in disappointment right now after receiving that mailer.

Brad Littlefield is not only from Duanesburg, he is clearly the most qualified. One that would finally give Duanesburg a real voice at the county level. There would surely be no learning curve for him.

But here is just another case of politicians being lead by the nose by their party and it's bosses, as opposed to doing what is best for the taxpayers and their community. And yet another case of the two major parties trying to derail the democratic process of allowing another viable alternative.

I'm very disappointed in Ms. Merihew and this 2 party system.

Send a message folks.....VOTE ROW F....ONLY!

Doug Hoffman could not have come at a better time for the NNTP. This is exactly what they are saying that there has to be one party that stands for fiscal sanity and traditional issues. The REP "candidate" up there is a liberal disgrace-pro abortion-pro gay marriage-pro Obama Stimulus.

Hoffman. But in Rotterdam the Republicans are not Scozzafavas. But you think so, because you are misinformed and believe the hype that the media and demoncat spinmeisters pitch. I always thought conservatives like myself looked deeper at the issues. I guess there are a handful here who have built a cult of personality up around a guy who can't get over it.

I would parallel Republicans choice for Mary Barrie and Mike Viscusi over Littlefield, with Scozzafavas over Hoffman.JMHO

And please GB - Explain how you look sooooooo much deeper into the issues than other conservatives like Brad Littlefield.  Mike Viscusi is obviously a VERY DEEP thinker.

Do you support the Metroplex?  Brad doesn't fundamentally support Metroplex’s existence.  You know who does support it? - EVERY CANDIDATE RUNNING FOR LEGISLATURE.  So I ask again, do you fundamentally support Metroplex?  Let me guess, you’re gonna check with your boss and have him look at the polls to see how you should answer.

You don't all follow the news well, and you sure aren't good at picking up nuance. Some pupils can't learn no matter how good the teacher is. Some of you have the hard head syndrome and don't pay as much attention as you pretend.

The reps want to control the plex. Not one of them ever said to dis-ban the beast. In fact, when they wanted to increase the bonding, suhrada came back with a lower bonding limit. He could NOT go against the very party that created this beast to begin with.

Hard head syndrome? Perhaps for some....but there are still some who 'remember'.

OK Boys--Let's review the tone of today's blog---GB wants absolute power and control--Felipe says GB  is doing what he is told--GB is talking about cults. GB is nationalistic and conservative. The Reps are in a
bunker--- You guys are REALLY scary--this all sounds very forties.

Brad is absolutely on target.  He and the other two members of his team (Brian and Mike) have shown incredible courage by taking a new path.  He also continues to act in an ethical manner.  Should be no question about voting for Brad Littlefield.

In defense of Rene, who is the best Supervisor in this County, there are two open seats for County Leg. By endorsing one loser it leaves a slot open for business leader Brad Littlefield.

Brad Littlefield is only one that can represent fiscal Conservatives. Don't waste your vote for dead ender MV. He made a complete fool of himself by reading precanned notes from Hoody Doody at the only debate. Rush to the polls to vote for Brad Littlefield and the entire NNTP slate! As usual we meet at dawn Tuesday.

Did you all see the Gazette this a.m.??  LOL  And Merihew endorsed Viscusi--Sorry Barrie and Viscusi are out.  They have NO traction.  Nice people but no traction.  If Merihew can't see that Littlefield is head and shoulders over the others, including the Dems, then you need to vote her OUT!  She fails the competency test.

The title of this thread is "Don't throw your vote away!"  There are two seats up for our district.  Yes, I support Mike Viscusi and I am proud to support him.  He may not have the eloquence or shine that others do but he is genuine and from the heart.  I don't feel like he will sell D'burg down the river.  My likeness was sent out and the words were directly from me, totally unedited, as I demanded.  It was paid for by the Republican Party I assume.  If the NNTP had the money, or if I did for that matter, I would have done the same for Brad.  Brad has been my friend for many years, he will do a great job on the County Leg, not only for D'burg. but for the entire county.  I will not throw my vote away.  There are two seats up......who, in addition to Brad are the rest of you voting for.  I sure hope you don't leave it blank because that is the same as throwing your vote away.

I will vote for row F only. Here's the way I look at it. For example....I will vote for Brad 'only'. Yes there are 2 seats up this year. But whoever else I voted for in that race would be a vote 'against' Brad. There are too many running for those seats. In other words, one of my two votes could cancel out the other.

So I will vote for row F only and I don't consider that throwing away my votes for the others. I'm just securing the votes for the NNTP candidates. And for anyone else who is voting for the NNTP....vote for them ONLY!

Some would love to disband it and return the $ to the people. But being outnumbered 25-1 doesn't make the odds very good.
