Plumber, county, in and out of office...hmmm, sounds like someone thinks Cicero is Signore.  Signore can't send a damned e-mail, and you think he's writing on a forum?  Not unless he chisels it on a stone tablet for someone else to transcribe!
that is too funny but true. He NEVER answered my emails. NEVER!

Oh know it is definitely him.  Maybe he just didn't want  to answer you.  He made a comment that only he could have made.  Nope the cat is out....Maybe he has some high paid secretary at the town typing for him.  At least he wasn't rude when he was the Super--

Cicero you pitiful dolt.  The Assessor has nothing to do with deciding to do a reval or not to do a reval.

Hey dolt, I never said he had anything to do with deciding the reval.  Your reading comprehension is about as good as your ability to file STAR applications.  That should narrow down my identity to about 2000.  I'm saying he's the reason FOR THE REVAL!  Our previous assessor wasn't competent enough to maintain current assessments, or he knowingly ignored it.

The MAJORITY of the town knows that the last assessor turned a blind eye to many things. But let's not just place blame on the assessor here. I mean let's be fair.

Some people went to the building inspector for permits. They got a wink, a nod and a promise from you to vote for the dem that was in office at that time. But left without a permit!

The entire TH was corrupt. There is more than enough blame to go around with these dems. And now the same thing the MAJORITY of residents was afraid of, just might be coming true yet again!

rotterdam's reval was a mess due to the entire past administration. I am NOT a politician or even involved in it and a true registered blank!  However, I am a concerned resident and do my homework. Get up off your butts and go look for yourselves...if you dare! Just take the time and go look at businesses  that were NEVER on the tax roll.

Nothing personal Cis.........YOU LOST AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN!!

I lost?  I wasn't aware I was playing a game.  Not bitter, I'm breathing easy.  Rats like you always take the bait. HEHEHEHE

Why was there a town wide reval again?  Aren't you even a little ashamed?  I would be ashamed that I cost the town $750K because I couldn't do my job.  But hey,,,that's why some people can only work government jobs.  Failure isn't measured, we just pay more.

Nothing personal.

Cis--give it a rest.  The previous assessor has a fine reputation as did his father.  You guys are grabbing at straws because you lost.  Can't go back to the old days where you were insulated from the electorate.  At least Paolino had an open administration and more transparancey than anyone else.

Cus I have a job.  A job in which my immediate job security doesn't depend on what party is elected into office.

As a resident, I pay the assessor to stay on top of property valuations.  NOT somebody good at making small talk.

Still haven't answered the question.  Why did the Rotterdam residents pay $750K for a town wide reval?  In a private/for profit business, somebody would have been held accountable for such an unnecessary expense.  The sheeple in Rotterdam just keep on payin.

Just because the thief smiles and says thank you when they rob you, doesn't make them any less of the thief.

You still don't get it.  I'm just an average everyday resident.  Not a politician.  The previous assessor had a fine reputation with some of the residents.  And for some obvious reasons.  I fear the town may head back in that direction with this new administration. JMHO

Cis--take yoga it will help you.  Yeah the senior citizens in Rotterdam were lined up looking for something that was untoward.  The previous assessor made himself available to seniors and aided them immensely in their struggle--unlike the ST pick of the year--who threw them out of his office.  He's out and so are you.

Are you saying that cicero is our last assessor?????

Or are you saying that cicero is who you thought I was?

You need to meet up with benny and raise the 'dead' to give you the correct premonitions.
