Lydia Kulbida returning to local airwaves on News 10

Lydia Kulbida is returning to local television airwaves.
The former WNYT anchor will be part of “News 10 at 4 p.m.” a new weekday newscast that will feature news of the day, weather and daily issues facing women, children and families in the Capital Region.
WTEN news veteran Elisa Streeter and meteorologist Steve Caporizzo will also be part of the broadcast.
“I was looking for something different, something I could really be proud of. This is that opportunity,” said Kulbida in a statement released by WTEN. “I think this 4 p.m. newscast gives us a chance to explore and give greater depth to topics that are really important to the Capital Region.
