Never mind that there are probably hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of ordinary New Yorkers who wish they could get one of the limited number of swine flu shots soon to be made available in this state to people classified as high risk. Never mind that the last thing a patient wants while in the hospital for some other malady is to contract the highly communicable and potentially fatal disease — especially from his or her caregiver. Also never mind that the newly developed shot for the H1N1 (swine) flu is believed safe and effective, with no known side effects. The scores of health care workers who rallied at the Capitol yesterday to complain about being ordered by the state to get vaccinated against H1N1, as well as the seasonal fl u, by the end of Nov. 30, have a point: What right does the state, or anyone else, have to tell them they have to get this vaccine? Swine flu may be nothing to sneeze at, but so far, it’s not proven to be the highly contagious killer first feared. In fact, it’s been no more deadly than seasonal flu, for which the state has never required such inoculation. The H1N1 vaccine was developed quickly and tested only minimally on humans; thus some people’s reluctance to have it is understandable. And, as most health care workers are aware, vaccines almost always come with some risk. That’s why — though it is, on balance, advisable for health care workers and anyone else to take what seems like a relatively small risk — the swine flu shot (or nasal spray) should not be required of anyone.
US judge rules against compulsory vaccinations Posted in the Washington, DC Forum
US Court issues an injunction to stop it & to hold the government and drug companies responsible for reactions.
A Preliminary Injunction to stop mandatory vaccinations has been issued in the United States District Court of New Jersey.
This comes after a federal lawsuit opposing forced vaccines was filed in that court by Tim Vawter, pro se attorney, on July 31st with the federal government as defendant.
When the judge signs the Preliminary Injunction, it will stop the federal government from forcing anyone in any state to take flu vaccine against their will.
It will also prevent a state or local government from forcibly vaccinating anyone, & forbid any person who is not vaccinated from being denied any services or constitutional rights.
Vawter’s legal papers have been written not only for filing in federal court, but additionally so they can be looked at by activists around the world for ideas on filing lawsuits in their own countries to help stop forced vaccinations.
Vawter believes as the truth of the dangers of flu vaccines continues to become known, banning the forced use of them will eventually succeed on a worldwide basis.
Preliminary Injunction will immediately halt mandatory vaccinations in the U.S.
If we keep putting the fear in the people, no one will look up at the CZARs, and no one will follow anything else.....very easy to inject fear into the public for their own lives while talking from the other side of their faces and making deals hopefully no one will ever learn about.....
I totally agree with Senders on this one. Control of the people is achieved through fear propaganda. If tomorrow the media said everyone that does not eat a can of Spam by Friday will die, there would be people killing each other to gain the coveted Spam.
Amazing what the flocks will do when the dogs are barking.
Heathcare workers aren't required to get the hepititis vaccine?
How 'bout TB testing?

Heathcare workers aren't required to get the hepititis vaccine?
no......the only testing is TB testing as for the hep B vaccine you are not required to.....it's spread via blood....and with proper application and usage of universal precautions one should be able to NOT transmit/contract it......
TB/influenza/common cold/thousands of other viruses are spread via air---sneezing, coughing and live quiet long on surfaces we touch.....
HEP B, is contained in us......

Don’t mandate a shot that hasn’t been adequately tested
As a registered home health care nurse for 17 years, I have several grave concerns regarding the mandate that specific health care workers get the H1N1 vaccination. Not all health care workers are mandated. This vaccine has been “fast-tracked,” with very limited research concerning the short-term as well as the long-term side effects. The FDA generally takes seven years to approve a new drug for usage by the public. Even though certain drugs passed FDA approval, they were later removed from the market after being deemed unsafe. H1N1 has not received FDA approval. It has only been “listed,” which means the needed clinical trials have not been performed. Health care providers deal with lifethreatening, contagious diseases on a daily basis. We are mandated to use universal precautions, and in doing so have prevented the spread of infectious diseases and have successfully kept ourselves, our families, our patients and their families healthy. One wonders why New York is the only state pushing this mandate on health care workers, children and pregnant women. Why not, for example, teachers, supermarket clerks, factory workers, and all those who daily come in contact with many other people? Does New York really plan to terminate all health care workers who refuse to get the H1N1 vaccination? There is already a nursing shortage crisis. Who will be left to take care of patients? Please contact your local, state and federal representatives and voice your opposition . Stop the shot!

If they have issues with the H1N1 and are 'in fear' of it.....then state that........people have enough zest/will for life that the government doesn't need to pretend to care.....is it a double edged sword?-sure......but they fail to teach truth.........

ALBANY -- In a surprising turn of events Friday morning, acting Supreme Court Justice Thomas McNamara blocked the State Health Department's regulation requiring most healthcare workers to receive the H1N1 vaccination.
The ruling now requires the State to justify their regulation in court and renders the November 30th vaccination deadline for health care workers null and void.
Attorney Terence Kindlon, who is representing the three nurses who set this lawsuit in motion, says state Health Commissioner Richard Daines is acting in excess of his authority.
"He is exercising more authority than he has," said Kindlon. "He's holding up his hand and trying to stop the sea."
He added, "David versus Goliath is the very best way to describe what happen here. When I met with these [nurses] last Saturday, they were terrified of losing their jobs."
Kindlon says the judge's ruling now makes this a fair fight.
Local hospitals say it's business as usual for them. All scheduled H1N1 and Seasonal flu clinics will still take place. They add that they'll wait for direction from the State Health Department as for where to go from here.
Here's the deal......nurses/first responders aren't the infectors(or only infectors)....if everyone is REALLY that concerned then EVERYONE gets vaccinated......and the most important folks(if we want to make it politico and 'about the kids')......
would be the:
TEACHERS SCHOOL BUS DRIVERS TEACHERS AIDES SCHOOL LUNCH WORKERS SCHOOL JANITORS AND ANYONE WORKING IN COLLEGES......
as far as mandating nurses/MD's------IT'S AN AGE ISSUE.....
hodge-podge and if's, and's or but's will get a whole lot of folks killed......either do it all or nothing.....and if nothing much then shut up and stop scaring folks.......
