Tonko refuses to schedule anything in Schenectady County except phony Town Hall's in a City Hall broom closet.
This should be an opportunity for tonko to meet with his constituents that encompasses his area, while out on recess to see how a democracy really works.

Rep "Farmer" Paul Tonko is a disgrace. He has the nerve to join the Dairy Group AFTER he voted for Cap and Tax which will crush local farmers. He is to agriculture what Dr Jack Kervokian is to medicine.
The time for his Town Hall is 5:30pm on Tuesday so that working people cannot attend. Compare him to Rep Scott Murphy who has had many Town Halls although in podunk locales.
