Well somebody....it appears that people with your mind thought thinks that everyone that does not agree with obama's platform is racist and a bigot. RETHINK....k?
There are more than enough reasons to disagree with obama than the simple fact that he is black....or is he really?
Your hell bend liberal self is beyond discussion. You, like all liberals resort to name calling. Now that is what I call a class act. You can join Pelosi and gang when she refers to people as nazi's.
Look....I don't support obama. Didn't vote for him. Disagree with his platform and government programs. I don't like the direction he is going in with MY country. I don't like how he is spending my tax dollars. (nor did I agree with bush's) I could care less if he is black, white, orange or green! And if that makes me a bigot.....you need to stop smokin whatever it is your smokin.
As far as beck.....agree or not....he too is protected by the first amendment.
Well aint that sweet you start with " You, like all liberals resort to name calling " and end with " As far as beck.....agree or not....he too is protected by the first amendment " you shouldn't have a problem with me calling you any name in the book-that wasnt my intention- I mean no attack on you personally - this is about Beck s lack of elocution-
-Second- quit using racists and bigot in the same sentence - they don't always go together -a bigot can be a simple knucklead and not have a mean heart- -A racist has a mean spirit and is more often than not a bigot because of an obstinate view unchangeable by reason - Why would anyone defend Beck ? don't be so cavalier with the word bigot -
I'm defending beck's right to free speech whether I agree with it or not. Would rev. wright be considered a racist? Of course he would and should. But he like beck is also entitled to free speech. Only difference here is that while beck used a microphone and wright used his church pulpit....the liberal media and the colorofchange group beat the hell out of beck and wright got a free pass.
A white comedian gets up and uses the N word and is called a racist by every black organization and the liberal media outlets. A black comedian gets up and calls white people, whitey and cracker and not one single word is every said. Give me a break!
Amusing dontcha think how white folks are considered racist, but black folks aren't? Come on there mr/s bleeding heart liberal....let's level the playing field...k?

It took you long enough to get around to " defending the first amendment "- I thought you liked Becks style of delivery- bravado and philosopy in general- A jackass on TV with a microphone and a bigmouth needs to watch what they say-
Conservative thinking - just seems so constipated- you start coming up with all these goofy analogies- Rev. Wright ? cracker Whitey Ford - liberal this and that - Give me a break- Beck has first amendment rights but he is still a jackass -
From what I've seen the only time the liberals want free speech is when they're the ones speaking and the rest of the time they want everyone else to shut up.

I think that sounds backwards to me- but oh well -

I think it goes for both parties....as for bipartisan---joke joke joke......it's who can scream the loudest and who has the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and the right words......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

you start coming up with all these goofy analogies- Rev. Wright ? cracker Whitey Ford - liberal this and that - Give me a break-
Do you mean that you are implying that using wright is a goofy analogy....comparing black and white comedians? It's a perfect analogy to the informed! Sorry somebody....but you are way out in LEFT field. No pun intended!

well well....looks like beck was right after all. Van Jones, founder of color of change was out to get beck. When in fact Anthony (his real name) Jones ended up being a self proclaimed socialist/communist! How embarrassing for all of those corporations that pulled their advertising from a #1 TV show.
Quoted Text
Two days later, the stakes got higher when another Jones-founded organization, Color of Change, called for a boycott of the Beck show. Amazingly, many in the mainstream media would report the fiction that Beck's coverage of Jones was retaliation for the boycott, even though coverage of Jones started first. Given the chronology, if there is any connection we should consider whether the boycott was retaliation for the coverage.

How dare DiNicola call TV commentator Glenn Beck ‘shallow’?
I just read Dan DiNicola’s “opinion” of Glenn Beck [Sept. 6 Gazette]. Perhaps Mr. DiNicola should take a few minutes to actually listen to the rantings of Beck. Calling him a “shallow showman” is laughable. Mr. Beck has more talent in his little finger than your “critic at large” does in his entire body — not to mention brains! Glenn Beck has done the research and has the guts to tell it like it is — he isn’t afraid to ask the questions which DiNicola and our normally “investigative” media should be asking, but are afraid to. I am not a disciple (as he stated), worshiping at the altar constructed by Mr. Beck. I worship at the Catholic church I was brought up in. Those of us who listen with rapt attention to reporters like Beck and Limbaugh are people of various faiths. We are listening to them because they, and only they, are the ones asking questions of our government — you remember our government, Dan — the government of the people, by the people and for the people? They are the standard bearers of our free America right now. If not for the likes of them, how would American citizens really know what was going on in our government, especially since our brainwashed media and “critics” like you (and I use the word loosely) refuse to ask the questions, do the research and report the truth? As a “currently” free American and grateful citizen, I thank God there are still journalists like Beck around to keep us informed and help in the fight to keep us free. It’s pitiful that mediocre reporters such as DiNicola can spew such opinions. But, then, this is America!
IMHO DiNicola is just a second rate or lower journalist who is very jealous of the popularity of Beck, Rush, Hannity, O Riley, and most all conservative commentators who have the courage to tell the truth and expose the plans to change this great country of ours into something the majority of people don't want.
Re Dan DiNicola’s Sept. 6 column, “Is Glenn Beck a modern-day Thomas Paine? Hardly”: I’m sure I don’t have to protect Glen Beck when Dan DiNicola attacks him. He’s big boy. But what makes me mad is he attacks those who believe what he says. I watch and listen to a lot of different news stations, and Glen seems to make the most sense to me. Sorry. Now DiNicola writes about Tom Paine and what an inspiration he was, but he was not liked by everyone in his day. History proved Tom Paine right, and it might show Glen Beck right. If you think Mr. Beck is just a show and that’s all he is doing, how about asking him and his family if it’s worth the threats to be the flavor of the month. Maybe he is saying what he honestly believes to be true, despite the consequences.
