I'm looking to buy a house in rotterdam, i found one i really like behind the Burger King, off of norfolk.. i hear the train comes through that area.. how bad is it, anyone know?
I don't spell check! Sorry... If you include "No offense" in a statement, chances are, your statement is offensive.
I have a friend who lived in a place where trains were at the end of their backyard. I always meant to ask how the structure of the house holds up.
How well do they? I guess you find out how old the hosue is and a good structural inspection would show anything and maybe find out if any preventive measures should be taken too
Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent. Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
I know a few people who live back there and they never complained. I would actually go around to the neighbors and ask them directly.
Good point MC1.
