Why are you so surprised? Did you hear about the car break ins on Baker Avenue near the Nisky line? Nowhere to run-nowhere to hide. 20 years ago no one locked their front doors in that neighborhood. This is going on everywhere in the City. No comment about it from the rubber stamp City Council.
In the meantime horrible Son of Sam has a new plan. Eliminate the SPD. That's his answer to the crime and gang explosion in the City? And Death Ray stated that there is no crime Downtown? You can't make this up.
They better get it together......I'm sure the officers work hard....again, let me just say that I could never be a police officer they would never make it to court..... anyhow, to the public it looks like they are just worried about who is the 'chief'/elected sheriff/union rules/contracts etc etc.......
