I would like to reiterate that both PDQ and Cicero have entreated that opinions should be considered either low class or Nazi. Therefore, we shall refrain from any and then we can just get along and be the same as 70% of the American public: zombies. So at least you know what I think of this matter.

And no, you are not crazy. Just low class and/or Nazi. (For having an original thought.)

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

I would like to know who compels them to increase the 'going rate' in an area???? besides sales......Banks raise the appraisal bar?
who does?.....because it sure aint the buyers.....if a bank deems the home you are going to purchase not worth the
mortgage risk or their appraisal then no mortgage......I think those re-vals push the envelope so the TAX LEVYS
can be collected.....

so who decides home values.....those companies that were responsible for the valuations of those 'exotic investment loans'
that the stock market rallied on then exploded?????

house of cards I say,,,,house of cards......
